Abstract: A GNSS receiver includes an antenna device. Whether an environment around the GNSS receiver is a multipath environment in which an occurrence of multipath is probable. The antenna device is set in a first reception mode with a first directivity in response to not determining that the environment around the GNSS receiver is the multipath environment. In contrast, the antenna device is set in a second reception mode in response to determining that the environment around the GNSS receiver is the multipath environment. The second reception mode is a mode with a second directivity having an elevation angle higher than an elevation angle of the first directivity of the first reception mode.

Abstract: An antenna device includes a ground plate, a patch portion disposed parallel to the ground plate with a particular spacing, a plurality of short circuit portions that electrically connect the patch portion to the ground plate, and a loop portion which is a loop shaped conductor member at a particular spacing from an outer edge portion of the patch portion. The patch portion has an area which forms an electrostatic capacitance that causes parallel resonance with an inductance provided by the short circuit portions at a particular target frequency. The loop portion is formed with a perimeter length which is an integral multiple of the wavelength of radio waves at the target frequency. A feed point is disposed on the loop portion, and current is supplied to the patch portion through the loop portion.

Abstract: A light-transmissive antenna includes: a transparent base made of a transparent insulating material; and an antenna pattern formed on the transparent base. The antenna pattern is made of a transparent electrically conductive film that is a film-like member having a predetermined transmittance and a predetermined electrical conductivity. The light-transmissive antenna includes a plurality of highly electrically conductive patterns arranged on the antenna pattern, each of the highly electrically conductive patterns being made of an electrically conducive member having a higher electrical conductivity than the transparent electrically conductive film and formed in a linear shape. Each of the plurality of highly electrically conductive patterns has a predetermined width set equal to or smaller than a value assumed as a resolution of human eyes.
