Abstract: A transparent window plate is provided with a plurality of defogging heat wires arranged to have a side parallel with a first direction. The transparent window plate includes: a plurality of repetitive patterns that are arranged between one of the plurality of defogging heat wires and an adjacent one of the plurality of defogging heat wires so as to be not in contact with the plurality of defogging heat wires, and each of the plurality of repetitive patterns having at least one side parallel with the plurality of defogging heat wires. The plurality of repetitive patterns are aligned along the first direction; and the plurality of repetitive patterns are repetitively arranged along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a driving assistance system and a vehicle-mounted device. Each vehicle-mounted device broadcasts own vehicle information, and transmits wide area vehicle information to a center. The wide area vehicle information includes the vehicle information and VIN of the own vehicle. The center receives the wide area vehicle information, and stores the vehicle information and the VIN in a correlated manner in a center end database. The vehicle-mounted device transmits an appearance information request signal to the center. The appearance information request signal includes generation time and location information of a different vehicle. The center specifies, based on the generation time and the location information included in the appearance information request signal, the VIN of the vehicle requested by the vehicle-mounted device, and acquires the appearance information related to the specified VIN by searching the appearance information database, and then transmits the appearance information to the vehicle-mounted device.

Abstract: An antenna device includes a base plate, an opposing conductor plate, a short-circuiting portion, a power-feed point, and at least one second-frequency electric-field impeding element provided to the opposing conductor plate, the base plate, or between the opposing conductor plate and the base plate. The second-frequency electric-field impeding element impedes a propagation of an electric field being vertical to the base plate and heading from the short-circuiting portion toward an outer edge portion of the opposing conductor plate, is induced at a second frequency higher than the first frequency, does not impede a propagation of the electric field induced at the first frequency, and is disposed such that an electrical area of the opposing conductor plate for a signal at the second frequency is an area of a proper size to generate an electrostatic capacitance that undergoes parallel resonance with the inductance of the short-circuiting portion at the second frequency.

Abstract: An antenna device includes a ground plate, a patch portion disposed parallel to the ground plate with a particular spacing, a plurality of short circuit portions that electrically connect the patch portion to the ground plate, and a loop portion which is a loop shaped conductor member at a particular spacing from an outer edge portion of the patch portion. The patch portion has an area which forms an electrostatic capacitance that causes parallel resonance with an inductance provided by the short circuit portions at a particular target frequency. The loop portion is formed with a perimeter length which is an integral multiple of the wavelength of radio waves at the target frequency. A feed point is disposed on the loop portion, and current is supplied to the patch portion through the loop portion.

Abstract: An antenna device includes a rectangular conductor pattern that is disposed substantially in parallel to a ground plate at a predetermined distance, a short-circuit portion that electrically connects the conductor pattern to the ground plate, a first feeding point for transmitting and receiving a signal of a first frequency, and a second feeding point for transmitting and receiving a signal of a second frequency. An electric length of one side of the conductor pattern is set to half a wavelength of the second frequency. The short-circuit portion is disposed in the center portion of the conductor pattern, and an area of the conductor pattern forms a capacitance that resonates in parallel with an inductance provided in the short-circuit portion at the first frequency.
