Abstract: A throttle valve device includes a body, a valve, a motor, and a cover. The body defines a passage, a motor space, and a connecting portion that connects the motor space to the passage. The motor includes a motor yoke made of a magnetic material, a plurality of magnets that are arranged on an inner circumferential surface of the motor yoke. The plurality of magnets are magnetized in a state where the motor yoke is disposed in the motor space of the body. The plurality of magnets are arranged in a circumferential direction in the motor yoke with a space. The connecting portion is aligned with the space between the plurality of magnets in a radial direction of the motor yoke.

Abstract: A pedal device includes a pedal lever, an actuator, and a control unit. The pedal lever operates in response to a pedal operation. The actuator can apply a reaction force that is a force in a direction of returning the pedal lever by driving a motor. The control unit includes a current command calculation section that calculates a current command value based on a reaction force target value related to a reaction force applied to the pedal lever and a duty calculation section that calculates a duty command value based on the current command value, and controls a drive of a motor based on the duty command value. The duty calculation section corrects the duty command value based on at least one of a motor current supplied to the motor and a rotation speed of the motor.

Abstract: An accelerator device includes a pedal lever, a power transmission mechanism, and a control unit. The pedal lever is movable in response to a pedal depression operation, and is biased in a return direction by a pedal biasing member. The power transmission mechanism includes an actuator lever that is contactable with the pedal lever and is biased in the return direction of the pedal lever by an actuator lever biasing member, and is capable of applying a reaction force to the pedal lever, which is a force in the return direction by a driving force of a drive source via the actuator lever. The control unit controls energization of the drive source, and performs a brake control in which a return speed of the actuator lever is reduced when the pedal lever returns to a fully closed direction.

Abstract: A power transmission mechanism of an accelerator device includes a first power transmission member, a second power transmission member, a coupling elastic member, and an actuator lever, and applies a reaction force to a pedal lever via the first power transmission member, the second power transmission member, and the actuator lever using a driving force of a drive source. The first power transmission member has a first stopper, and the driving force is transmitted to the first power transmission member. The second power transmission member has a second stopper that comes into contact with the first stopper. The first stopper and the second stopper are separated from each other in an initial state, and when the drive source is energized, and come into contact with each other when the first power transmission member is driven against an elastic force of the coupling elastic member by energizing the drive source.

Abstract: A throttle valve device includes a body, a valve, a valve gear, a motor, an intermediate gear, an intermediate shaft and a cover. A guiding hole is formed in the cover and the intermediate shaft engages the guiding hole. A positioning reference pin is formed in one of the cover and the body at a position around the motor. A positioning reference hole is formed in the other of the cover and the body at a position around the motor. The body and the cover are positioned with respect to each other by both engaging between the intermediate shaft and the guiding hole and engaging between the positioning reference pin and the positioning reference hole. The body and the cover are fixed to each other by a fixing member.
