    摘要: A motor operating system includes a parameter-setting module and a control circuit. The parameter-setting module generates a first parameter-setting corresponding to a first operating stage through a user interface, and determines whether a first operating status conforms to a first threshold setting. The control circuit is coupled to a motor, receives the first parameter-setting corresponding to the first operating status, drives the motor according to a first driving signal corresponding to the first parameter-setting, and outputs the first operating status corresponding to the first driving signal. When the first operating status does not conform the first threshold setting, the parameter-setting module generates an adjusted first parameter-setting. When the first operating status conforms the first threshold setting, the parameter-setting module sets the first parameter-setting as a first optimal parameter-setting.

    摘要: An electric motor system having substantially independent hardware-based and software-based pathways for detecting and initiating responses to fault conditions, such as over-current conditions, in an electric motor which is powered by a power inverter which is controlled by a power module and a microprocessor. Each pathway involves comparing a voltage, which is representative of an electric current flowing to the motor, to a predetermined maximum voltage, and if the former exceeds the latter using hardware or software to initiate shutting off the motor, such as by shutting off the power inverter. When one pathway detects a fault condition it may notify the other pathway, and the notified pathway may also initiate shutting off the motor.

    摘要: A method for optimizing the regulation of an electric drive for machinery with specific torque behavior which periodically fluctuates significantly between extreme values specific to working points includes the step of implementing a characteristic field. A drive motor is provided for the electric drive with a permanent magnet rotor and a stator with a stator winding. The stator winding is energized with a three-phase alternating current across an inverter. Changes in the number of revolutions of the drive motor and the angle error are minimized by a correction of this phase current and a correction of the angular velocity. The characteristic field for the torque variation which is specific to the machine is implemented in the regulation algorithm of the inverter.
