The ring management system includes size measurement unit for measuring size of the ring, first convey unit for moving the ring w whose size has been measured, a first stocker having a plurality of storage positions for storing rings conveyed by the first convey unit, a second convey unit for conveying out the rings from the first stocker means for stacking, and a control unit. The control unit includes memory means for storing the rings size measured by the size measurement means in association with the storage position in the first stocker, first selection means for selecting a ring constituting a stacked ring according to the ring size stored in the memory means, and first instruction means to instruct the second convey unit to convey out the ring selected by the first selection means from the storage position pj in the first stocker.

    摘要: A part housing or extracting apparatus is here disclosed which comprises a housing shelf which has a plurality of cylindrical bodies coaxially laminated in a vertical direction and equipped with at least one stage of a part housing unit the peripheral edge of which is partitioned into many columns so that the outer peripheral edge surface of the part housing unit may be opened, the respective cylindrical bodies being independently rotatable; at least one part housing or conveying means which has first part holding means disposed opposite to the outer peripheral surface of the housing shelf so that the part held by the first part holding means may be conveyed to a predetermined part housing unit and then housed therein; and at least one part extracting or conveying means which has second part holding means disposed opposite to the outer peripheral surface of the housing shelf so that the part housed in the predetermined part housing unit may be held and extracted by the second part housing means and then conveyed to a predetermined position; the respective cylindrical bodies and the respective part holding means being relatively movable along the outer peripheral surface of the housing shelf.

    摘要: A metal ring having a greatest circumferential length is held in the shape of a substantially true circle, and other metal rings are arrayed in the order of increasing circumferential length toward the metal ring of the greatest circumferential length. At least three holder rods are lowered into the metal rings to hold the metal rings in substantially coaxial alignment with each other. Presser rods are pressed from outside of the metal rings toward the center of the metal rings, thereby deforming the metal rings into a shape including curved portions projecting radially and having a reduced diameter. The deformed metal rings are delivered successively in the array from terminal ends of the presser rods into the metal ring of the greatest circumferential length. The deformed metal rings that are released off the presser rods restore their original shape within the metal ring of the greatest circumferential length, and are laminated to the metal ring of the greatest circumferential length.

    摘要: A jig apparatus is used in extending a belt across a pair of pulleys of a variator for a transmission of a motor vehicle. The variator has the pair of pulleys, a groove width of each of which is variable, and a belt for driving the pulleys. A supporting bar and a supporting pipe hold the pulleys such that an axial line of rotation of each of the pulleys becomes parallel to each other. A groove width of at least one of the pulleys is pneumatically or mechanically widened. A sheave half of each of the pulleys is brought into a pulley groove of the other of the pulleys.
