    摘要: The present invention relates to an optical disc having a cured product layer of an ultraviolet-curable resin composition containing (A) dicyclopentenyloxyethyl acrylate, (B) urethane (meth)acrylate and/or (C) epoxy (meth)acrylate, and (D) photopolymerization initiator, and a resin composition for the cured product layer thereof and a cured product therewith; and the optical disc of the present invention has less warping after curing and is excellent in transparency and durability and therefore suitable for next generation high density optical discs where recording and/or reproducing are performed using a blue laser; the resin composition for said cured product layer has less deterioration with age and less viscosity change in recycle and is suitable for a coating agent of optical discs and for efficient production of optical discs.

    摘要: A UV-cure adhesive for bonding an optical disk substrates one or both of which having a semitransparent reflective film of silver, a silver alloy, or the like. The thus produced bonded optical disk has a high durability equivalent to those of optical disks using a conventional gold semitransparent reflective film and is free of voids (air bubbles) that might be produced while the optical disk is manufactured by an optical disk manufacturing apparatus. The degradation in reflectance of the semitransparent reflective film can be suppressed even when the produced optical disk is exposed to direct sunlight for a long time. A UV-cure adhesive resin composition for bonding optical disk substrates contains (A) an epoxy (meth)acrylate, 2,2-dimethoxy-1,2-diphenylethan-1-one and (E) a monofunctional, bifunctional, trifunctional (meth)acrylate monomer, and has an electrical resistivity of 1000 MΩ·cm or less at 25° C.

By adhering with said composition optical disk substrates having a translucent reflection film or a total reflection film comprising silver, a silver alloy, or the like, and obtaining a bonded optical disk, high durability equivalent to those of conventional bonded optical disks in which a translucent reflection film of gold is used, and high adhesion strength between a reflection film and an adhesive cured product, and a polycarbonate substrate and an adhesive cured product, can be obtained.

    摘要: Disclosed is an adhesive which enables to obtain a bonded optical disk, wherein optical disks having a total reflection film or a translucent reflection film made of silver or a silver alloy are bonded together, which exhibits high adhesion strength between the reflection film and a cured product of the adhesive as well as between a polycarbonate substrate and the cured product of the adhesive, while having high durability equivalent to those of the conventional optical disks using translucent reflective film made of gold.
