摘要: Hybrid spray foams utilize a urethane reactant, a crosslinker, and an (optional) epoxy and/or acrylic resin along with a blowing agent and rheology modifier to produce a quick-setting foam that remains in place until the foam forms and cures. The urethane reactant may be formed as an adduct with or without the use of isocyanate chemistry. In some embodiments, the polyurethane oligomer is made by reacting cyclocarbonates and di- or polyamines, while in other embodiments the polyurethane backbone employs the use of commercially available capped or blocked urethane oligomers made by any method. The oligomers contain reactive groups, typically at the oligomer ends, that crosslink with crosslinkers or with acrylic or epoxy resins to form hybrid polyurethane foams. Foams may also contain a plasticizer, and/or a surfactant as well as other optional additives. Methods of making such foams are also provided.

摘要: A redox curable composition, methods for manufacturing same and uses thereof are disclosed. The redox curable composition is useful as a pre-applied adhesive. The redox curable composition is solid at room temperature, may be heated for application to a substrate, and cools to form a dry-to-touch adhesive layer on said substrate, which may be activated when required by mating with another substrate and exposure to an anaerobic environment. The composition is particularly suited to manufacturing complex products, such as mobile phones, computers and circuits.

A urethane (meth)acrylate resin produced by reacting aromatic diisocyanate compound (a), bisphenol-ethylene oxide adduct diol (b) having at least three aromatic ring or alicyclic structures in the molecule, and hydroxy-containing (meth)acrylate compound (c), which are indispensable raw material components, a curable resin composition containing the urethane (meth)acrylate resin as a primary component, and a cured product thereof.
