摘要: In a method for winding a core having an arch-like yoke portion, a tooth portion, and a tooth end portion by revolving a nozzle for feeding a conductive wire, when winding is performed in a bow-like area surrounded by an inner circumferential arc of the yoke portion and the chord thereof, upon winding on an end surface of the core, the nozzle moves so as to draw a convex-shaped trajectory proceeding from the tooth end portion side toward the yoke portion side with reference to the chord of the bow-like area, and upon winding on a side surface of the core, the nozzle returns from the yoke portion side to the tooth end portion side with reference to the chord of the bow-like area, and then moves along the side surface of the core.

摘要: A laminated core manufacturing method is linearly arranging and punching out a plurality of separate core pieces formed of a back yoke portion and a magnetic-pole teeth portion protruding from the back yoke portion and die-cut caulking. The manufacturing method includes: a first step of punching out a first region located on an opposite side to the magnetic-pole teeth portion between adjacent ends of the back yoke portions of the core pieces; a second step of punching out a second region located on a side of the magnetic-pole teeth portion between the adjacent ends of the back yoke portions of the core pieces; a third step of punching out a region that brings the first region punched out in the first step and the second region punched out in the second step into communication; and a fourth step of forming the magnetic-pole teeth portion by punching.

摘要: A stator of a rotary electric machine, in which an insulating capacity higher than or equal to an insulating capacity of a flat portion of a stator core can be maintained at edge portions of the stator core. The stator of the rotary electric machine includes a core-sheet laminate that is formed by laminating a plurality of core sheets made of metal plates; a coating film that is made of an insulating paint coated on a surface of the core-sheet laminate; a stator coil that is made of a conductive wire wound around the core-sheet laminate via the coating film; and bobbins made of an insulating material, which are inserted between the coating film and the stator coil and prevent the conductive wire of the stator coil from contacting the coating film that is coated on edge portions of the core-sheet laminate, or relieve pressure caused by the contact.

摘要: To provide a spool for a coil winding device capable of preventing poor insulation caused by a leakage of coil wires without initially inserted coil wires staying at the vicinity of slot openings. A spool for a coil winding device of this invention includes a plurality of coil winding surfaces increased stepwise in diameter from the bottom upward in a state where the spool is disposed on the coil winding device. The spool includes a front spool part and a rear spool part, which are placed at a distance from each other so that each turn of coil has a length corresponding to arbitrary lamination thickness of the stator core. The plurality of coil winding surfaces includes a coil winding surface corresponding to the outermost coil that is formed so that a portion in a radial pattern from the vicinity of a portion corresponding to a central axis of the stator core towards an opening of the slot in which each coil is loaded is extended at least to a position corresponding to a core back where the roots of the teeth outside the slot of the stator core are connected.

摘要: Disclosed is a training apparatus, which comprises a seat unit 30 including a seat 35 allowing a user M to sit thereon, a foot plate 42 adapted to allow the user M sitting on the seat 35 to keep his/her feet bottoms in contact therewith, a displacement mechanism unit 38 adapted to apply to the user M a load against a straining force generated when the user M sitting on the seat 35 while keeping the feet bottoms in contact with the foot plate 42 strains his/her legs, and a base board 20 mounting thereon the above components. The foot plate 42 is adapted to be changed in posture between a horizontal posture T1 where it protrudes approximately horizontally and outwardly from a pair of footrest frames 41 mounted on the base board 20, and a vertical posture T2 where it protrudes approximately vertically and upward from the footrest frames 41 at approximately the same height level as a that of the seat 35. The present invention can provide a training apparatus capable of allowing a user to readily sit on the seat 35 in the same manner as that for sitting on a chair, and friendly to elderly persons.
