    摘要: Systems and methods are provided record details about sample products left with a customer/physician during a sales call presentation. A Pharmaceutical Sample Management (“PSM”) system performs a validation process on call detail data entered by a sales representative. The PSM system performs validation for all applicable rules in one iteration and presents any errors to the user in a unified view. Furthermore, rules may be applied “out-of-the-box,” customized, or created by users themselves. Accordingly, the sales representative may quickly create an accurate record, and the physician can sign off on it in order to comply with government regulations.

    摘要: A system to lease e-private space to providers has a local e-real estate manager. The local e-real estate manager resides in a personal e-device of a user. The local e-real estate manager allows the user to configure an e-real estate of a user into a plurality of e-real estate elements and controls advertising on each of the e-real estate elements. A remote e-real estate manager is coupled to the local e-real estate manager for managing a relationship between the user and an advertiser. The remote e-real estate manager connects with the local e-real estate manager to upload and download information. The remote e-real estate manager uploading information related to a profile of the user and downloading advertisements to the local e-real estate manager for display. The remote e-real estate manager will offer different advertisement offers to the user from the advertiser based on the profile of the user. The user will enter into a lease agreement with the advertiser to rent out at least one of the e-real estate elements for monetary benefit of the user.

    摘要: A highly reliable and robust functioning liquid infusion system for use in biomedical applications comprises a dual microcontroller system where the first microcontroller is configured to administer the liquid and the second microcontroller is configured to monitor the accurate functioning of the system and various performance parameters such as flow rate of liquid, presence of leaks or blocks in the liquid passage, level of drug in the cartridge and battery condition. The liquid injection portion comprises a cylindrical airtight liquid holder or drug cartridge with a movable internal piston that is in contact with a movable stem, and a micromotor, which controls the drug delivery. The system is programmable with a dosing system stored into the driver/monitor microcontrollers. A low power LCD module is used to display the operating parameters with multiple language interface and alarm conditions, if any. The system is also equipped with a system of sensors that trigger an alarm to indicate abnormal conditions.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are oligonucleotide primers and probes that can be used to detect species of medical interest in the genus Mycobacterium. Also disclosed are genus-specific methods and kits for detecting Mycobacterium using the disclosed oligonucleotide primers and probes. Preferably, Mycobacterium are detected by amplifying the Mycobactenium nucleic acids using the disclosed amplification primers, and then detecting the amplified nucleic acids. In a more preferred embodiment, Mycobacterium nucleic acids are amplified and detected by thermophilic strand displacement amplification.
