    摘要： A fuser member having a substrate; an outer polymeric layer including a fluoropolymer having nano-size copper metal particles dispersed therein, wherein the nano-size copper metal particles have a particle size of from about 50 to about 1,500 nm; and a release agent material coating on the outer polymeric layer, wherein the release agent material coating has a mercapto functional release agent, and wherein from about 85 to about 100 percent of the outer polymeric layer is covered with the mercapto functional release agent.

    摘要： A fuser member having a substrate; an outer layer containing a silicone or fluoropolymer; and a release agent material coating on the outer layer, wherein the release agent material coating includes a perfluorinated polyether having a skeleton of Formulas I or II or mixtures thereof: CF3—(CF2CF2)m—O—(R1R2O)—(R3R3O)n—(R3O)p—(CF2)q—CF3  Formula I wherein R1 is selected from the group consisting of CF2, CF—CF3 and —NR4R5; R2 is selected from the group consisting of CF2, CF—CF3, and —NR4R5; R3 is selected from the group consisting of CF2 and CF3; R4 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl group having from about 1 to about 18 carbon atoms, arylalkyl group having from about 7 to about 18 carbon atoms, mercapto, hydride and carbinol functional group; R5 is selected from the group consisting of alkyl having from about 1 to about 20 carbons, and a fluoroalkyl having from about 2 to about 10 carbons; m is a number of 0 or 1; n is a number of from about 0 to about 500; p is a number of from about 0 to about 100; q is a number of 0 or 1; and p+n is a number of from about 180 to about 500; and R1—(CF2CF2)m—O—(R2R2O)n—(R2O)p—(CF2)q—CF3—R1  Formula II wherein R1 is CF3; R2 is CF2, or CF—CF3; m is a number of 0 or 1; n is a number of from about 0 to about 500; p is a number of from about 0 to about 100; q is a number of 0 or 1; and p+n is a number of from about 180 to about 500.

    摘要： A fuser member having a substrate, an outer polymeric layer, an outer polymeric layer, and a release agent material coating on the outer polymeric layer, wherein the release agent material coating includes a copolymer having the following formula: wherein A and B are the same or different, and each represents —R4—X, wherein R4 represents an alkyl group having from about 1 to about 10 carbons, X represents —NH2 or —NHR6NH2 with R6 representing an alkyl group having from about 1 to about 10 carbons; R1 and R2 are the same or different and each is selected from the group consisting of an alkyl having from about 1 to about 25 carbons, an aryl having from about 4 to about 10 carbons, and an arylalkyl; R3 and R5 are the same or different and each is selected from the group consisting of an alkyl having from about 1 to about 25 carbons, an aryl having from about 4 to about 10 carbons, an arylalkyl, and a substituted diorganosiloxane chain having from about 1 to about 500 siloxane units; b and c are numbers and are the same or different and each satisfy the conditions of 0≦b≦10 and 10≦c≦1,000, but both b and c must not be 0 at the same time; d and d′ are numbers and are the same or different and are 2 or 3, and e and e′ are numbers and are the same or different and are 0 or 1, and satisfy the conditions that d+e=3 and d′+e′=3, f is a number of from about 0 to about 10, and b+c+f is from about 0 to about 10.
