    摘要: A wiring harness clip has a concave elongate base for taping the wiring harness clip to a bundle of cables and an attachment ear with a hole for attaching the bundle of wires to a support panel or the like. The wiring harness clip is manufactured from an extruded blank that preferably includes two parallel channels for providing the concave elongated bases and a web between the channels for providing attachment ears. Successive attachment ears are stamped with part of one channel to form a wiring harness clip and then with part of the other channel to form another wiring harness clip.

    摘要: A dose setting mechanism comprises a drug delivery device housing and a dual state track provided within the housing that is axially and rotationally fixed with respect to the housing. A dose dial component is positioned in the housing and rotatable during dose setting and dose delivery. A clutch is rotatable during dose setting and non-rotatable during dose delivery. A clutch plate is rotationally fixed relative to the housing; and a clutch blocker is in threaded engagement with the clutch plate and has a radial key engaged with the dual state track. The mechanism may comprise a biasing member positioned between the clutch blocker and clutch plate.

    摘要: A method and system for preventing delivery of less than a predetermined minimum dose of a medicament by providing a dose setting mechanism having a spindle nut and a sprung lock nut. The mechanism includes a housing and a dose dial component positioned in the housing. The dose dial component is rotatable during a dose setting step. The mechanism further includes a drive sleeve positioned within the dose dial component. The drive sleeve is configured to drive a rotatable spindle during a dose administration step. The spindle nut is coupled to the spindle and the sprung lock nut is removably coupled to the drive sleeve and rotationally fixed to the housing. In one arrangement, when the dose dial component is rotated to select a dose less than a preselected minimum dose, the sprung lock nut allows the spindle nut to rotate thereby preventing the dose from being administered.

    摘要: A dose setting mechanism having a locking mechanism for preventing selection of a dose in a drug delivery device is disclosed. The dose setting mechanism includes a locking mechanism that prevents movement of the dose setting mechanism. When a correct cartridge is inserted into the drug delivery device, the locking mechanism unlocks so as to allow movement of the dose setting mechanism. In one arrangement, the locking mechanism prevents rotation of the dose setting mechanism.
