摘要: A cascaded conversion system and a voltage equalizing control method thereof are provided. The cascaded conversion system includes a plurality of conversion circuits connected in cascade. Each conversion circuit includes a DC-side capacitor, a switching unit and a control unit. The DC-side capacitors of the conversion circuits are electrically connected in series. In each conversion circuit, the switching unit is connected to the DC-side capacitor in parallel and includes a plurality of bridge arms. Each bridge arm includes a first switch and a second switch. The control unit controls the switches according to the voltage across the DC-side capacitor. The control unit controls the first and second switches to be turned on alternately. All the first switches are turned on and off simultaneously, and all the second switches are turned on and off simultaneously, thereby making the voltages across the DC-side capacitors of the conversion circuits equal.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a conversion system with a high voltage side and a low voltage side, including: a plurality of power units, each power unit including: a plurality of DC/DC converters, when in normal operation, one part of DC/DC converters being in a working state and other DC/DC converters being in a cold backup state; a plurality of bypass circuits connected in parallel to the corresponding DC/DC converters; a detection unit connected to each DC/DC converter, and detects the DC/DC converter; and a control unit coupled to the detection unit and each of the plurality of DC/DC converters; and a main control unit coupled with each control unit and configured to receive the preset signal of respective control unit and outputs a bypass signal and a release signal to the corresponding control unit according to the preset signal.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a gate voltage control circuit of an IGBT and a control method thereof. The gate voltage control circuit of the IGBT comprises a voltage control circuit, an active clamping circuit and a power amplifier circuit. A control voltage outputted by the voltage control circuit indirectly controls a gate voltage of the IGBT, so as to achieve a better control of the gate voltage of the IGBT with a smaller loss. It may prevent the active clamping circuit from a too-early response and may increase the active clamping circuit response speed; and may avoid the voltage oscillation of the collector-emitter voltage Vce and the gate voltage Vge, and may improve the reliability of the IGBTs connected in series.

摘要: The disclosure discloses a method and device for detecting insulation state in a conversion system, wherein the conversion system includes an excitation source, a converter having an input end coupled to the excitation source, a connection element coupled between an output end of the converter and a reference point, and a coupling impedance having a first end coupled to the excitation source and a second end coupled to the reference point, the method for detecting insulation state including steps of: S1, controlling at least one main power switch of the converter not to switch; S2, detecting a pulse current signal of the connection element; and S3, processing the pulse current signal and outputting a partial discharge information, the partial discharge information indicating an insulation state of an isolating transformer in the converter. The disclosure can overcome electromagnetic interference of high frequency steep waves on a partial discharge signal.

摘要: A power converter is provided. The power converter includes power units and local controller. Input terminals of the power units are connected to each other in series. Output terminals of the plurality of power units are connected to each other in parallel. The local controllers are electrically connected to the power units respectively. Each local controller controls an operation of switching devices in the corresponding power unit. Each local controller receives an input capacitor voltage on an input capacitor of the corresponding power unit, an input reference voltage and an output voltage of the power converter. In each power unit and the corresponding local controller, when an input difference between the input reference voltage and the input capacitor voltage is smaller than a first set value, the local controller controls a switching frequency of the switching devices in the corresponding power unit to jump to a preset frequency.
