    摘要: An electrical system includes a first conduction terminal, a second conduction terminal, N power units and N supporting devices. The N power units are electrically connected between the first conduction terminal and the second conduction terminal in series, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 2. Each of the N supporting devices includes a conductive part and a support part. Each of the N power units is disposed on the corresponding conductive part. The conductive part is electrically connected with a power terminal of one of the N power units or electrically connected with a reference potential of the electrical system. The support part is connected between the corresponding conductive part and a ground potential.

    摘要: A voltage sampling system is provided. The voltage sampling system includes a first and a second input paths and a signal-processing module. The first input path includes a first input voltage-dividing resistor unit, a second input voltage-dividing resistor unit and a first DC voltage-dividing resistor unit to generate a first input divided voltage and a first DC bias voltage to further generate a first sampled voltage signal according to a first input voltage and a DC voltage source. The second input path includes a third input voltage-dividing resistor unit, a fourth input voltage-dividing resistor unit and a second DC voltage-dividing resistor unit to generate a second input divided voltage and a second DC bias voltage to further generate a second sampled voltage signal according to a second input voltage and the DC voltage source.     摘要: A power conversion device includes a power semiconductor switch module, a driving signal-transmitting circuit, a plurality of failure-detecting circuits, a protection signal transmitting circuit and a control circuit. The driving signal transmitting circuit receives a control signal and generates a driving signal according to the control signal to drive the power semiconductor switch module. The failure detecting circuits generate a fault signal when they detect that one of the power semiconductor switches and/or the driving signal transmitting circuit is malfunctioning. The isolated pulse transforming unit of the protection signal transmitting circuit receives a corresponding fault pulse signal generated according to the fault signal, and outputs a protection pulse signal. The control circuit generates the control signal and receives a protection signal generated according to the protection pulse signal. The control circuit generates a turn off signal according to the protection signal to turn off the power semiconductor switch module.
