摘要: A method performing dynamic downlink configuration in a wireless communications system, a base station, and a terminal. The method includes: setting a reconfiguration point to enable a first uplink and downlink subframe configuration to be adopted in a first configuration period before the reconfiguration point and enable a second uplink and downlink subframe configuration to be adopted in a second configuration period after the reconfiguration point; and adopting a reference uplink/downlink subframe configuration adapted for an uplink subframe intersection of respective uplink/downlink subframe configurations for a time sequence of a downlink HARQ process during the predetermined change of the dynamical downlink configuration. The resource utilization rate during the TDD uplink and downlink configuration and reconfiguration can be effectively ensured, the time sequence conflict can be solved, the process can be coordinated, the user throughput can be ensured, and the transmission delay can be reduced as far as possible.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method for BSR reporting, a relay node, an E-UTRAN NodeB, and a system, which are applied in the field of communications. In the present invention, a BSR reporting manner of an RN is configured according to the number of UEs managed by the RN, and a BSR is sent to a D-eNB Donor eNB according to the configured BSR reporting manner. The present invention effectively solves the problem that currently the existing BSR mechanism is not applicable to an interface between an RN and a D-eNB.

摘要: A power control method is provided, which is applicable to the communication field. The method includes: obtaining power headroom information of an aggregated carrier of a User Equipment (UE), where the aggregated carrier includes at least one component carrier group and at least one first carrier, or includes at least one component carrier group, or includes at least two first carriers, the component carrier group includes at least two second carriers, and the first carrier and the second carrier are single carriers; and adjusting transmit power of the aggregated carrier according to the power headroom information. The method enables reporting of power headroom of an aggregated carrier of the UE in a multi-carrier scenario, so that the base station can control the transmitting power of the UE reliably, and therefore, reliability and throughput of the system are improved.

摘要: A scheduling request method, network side device, terminal device and system, belong to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: configuring a first shared resource used for a scheduling request (SR), and sending first information to multiple terminal devices to notify of the first shared resource (101); receiving the SR on the first shared resource (102); allocating a second shared resource of uplink data to the multiple terminal devices, or allocating a dedicated resource of uplink data to at least one of the multiple terminal devices (103). The network side device includes: a configuration module, a receiving module and an allocation module. The terminal device includes: a receiving module, a request module and a sending module. The present invention avoids the waste of the uplink data resource, and improves a utilization rate of the uplink data resource and a transmission success rate of the uplink data.

The method includes: receiving a component carrier (CC) uplink synchronization indication message sent by a base station, where the uplink synchronization indication message carries identification information of one or multiple newly configured CCs; sending synchronization signaling to the base station when knowing that the uplink synchronization needs to be executed on all or a part of the one or multiple newly configured CCs corresponding to the identification information; and receiving a time advanced (TA) adjusting message that is sent by the base station according to the synchronization signaling, and applying a TA value carried in the TA adjusting message to the CC on which the uplink synchronization needs to be executed.
