The method also includes identifying a portion of data that resides in a network and communicating the data to the second endpoint. In more particular embodiments, the method may further include identifying a uniform resource locator that includes the data and directing the second endpoint to the uniform resource locator.

The method also includes identifying an identity trait associated with the first endpoint. In more particular embodiments, various alternative methods may include generating a network search associated with the first endpoint that is seeking to contact the second endpoint in order to conduct the SIP communication session. The results of the network search may be displayed for the second endpoint.
