The controller can comprise at least one tilt sensor that is generally in an open position and closes with a waking event. The controller sends a message to the receiving device when a waking event occurs, alerting the user to a disturbance and possibly dangerous situation.

摘要： Due to the presence of various environmental condition detectors in the home and businesses such as smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, natural gas detectors, etc., each having individual but similar sounding alarm patterns, it can be difficult for occupants of such dwellings to immediately determine the specific type of environmental condition that exists during an alarm condition. The present invention comprises an environmental condition detector using both tonal pattern alarms and pre-recorded voice messages to indicate information about the environmental condition being sensed. Single-station battery-powered and 120 VAC detectors are described as are multiple-station interconnected 120 VAC powered detectors. The pre-recorded voice messages describe the type of environmental condition detected or the location of the environmental condition detector sensing the condition, or both, in addition to the tonal pattern alarm. Provisions are made for multi-lingual pre-recorded voice messages.

摘要： The herein disclosed IC engine relies on air injection for ignition instead of Otto cycle spark or Diesel cycle fuel injection. One or more adjacent cylinders are connected by a valve, which is opened near the end of their compression strokes so that high-pressure air can inject into the cylinder containing the air fuel mixture, and induce detonation ignition at top dead center. During expansion the cylinder-connecting valve remains open and provides equal pressure on both cylinders, which is substantially higher than possible in Otto cycle. Constant volume heat addition makes this engine also more efficient than Diesel cycle. The absence of spark ignition or high pressure fuel injectors make this engine more economical, more reliable, and scalable down to very small size unlike Diesel fuel injectors which cannot meter small quantities and eliminate the Diesel cold starting problem. Engine can serve as reactor for generating high temperature hydrogen to power high temperature fuel cells.

In some imaging systems, imaging sensors are coupled at different elevations relative to a ground vehicle. The present sensor pods can comprise a housing; two or more first imaging sensors having a first spectrum; and two or more second imaging sensors having a second spectrum that is different than the first spectrum.
