摘要: A sealing arrangement which comprises at least two abutting components that form a gap therebetween and a seal that sealingly bridges the gap. The inventive sealing arrangement is characterized in that the seal entirely consists of a matrix or is provided with a matrix representing a composite system. The matrix is combined with a base body and is a pasty mixture comprising a water-soluble material. A lubricant and a swelling agent which can be activated by means of water as well as optionally additional additives are mixed into the material. In an advantageous embodiment, the matrix is introduced into the chamber. The wall of the chamber is configured in the form of a web that can be torn out. The web is removed before assembly. The base body consisting of an elastomeric material is provided with channels and grooves which extend in an extruded-like manner.

摘要: A sealing assembly comprising two abutting components and a sealing profile produced from an elastomeric material, which bridges the gap between the two components to form a seal. The components are configured in particular as sections which are assembled into a tubular tunnel thus forming transverse and longitudinal joints. There is also a sealing profile being located in turn in each recess, thus forming a cornered sealing framework. There is also a lubricant for the contact surfaces between each component and the sealing profile, in particular for the contact surfaces between two sealing profiles. The sealing assembly has at least one sealing profile that has at least two protrusions in the vicinity of the contact surfaces. The protrusions form a sealed chamber, in which the lubricant is contained.

摘要: The invention relates to a sealing device consisting of two contiguous building elements made of concrete, steel, reinforced concrete, cast iron or other materials, and a shaped sealing element made of an elastomer material which is inserted into a recess and bridges the gap between the building elements in a sealing manner. The building elements are in particular segments which are assembled into a tube-like tunnel such that transverse and longitudinal joints are formed. Each segment has a recess which runs around all bearing surfaces and has two outer side faces and a base side. A rod-shaped sealing element is positioned in the recess. According to the invention the recess within the central area of its base side has a support for the shaped sealing element such that two parallel recesses are formed. Each recess has an outer side face, an inner side face and a base side and a shaped body is housed in each recess. These two shaped bodies are joined to each other by means of a shaped body situated above the support.

A first layer with a thickness of between 2-100 μm is located beneath the single surface or at least one of the surfaces, said layer comprising an auxiliary metal fraction of between 2 and 25 mass % and up to 25 volume % nitrides or carbonitrides of one or more metals of the IVa group of the periodic table and/or up to 10 volume % carbides and/or carbonitrides of the elements V, Nb, Ta and/or Cr, with WC making up the residual amount. A second layer with a thickness of between 2 and 40 μm is located beneath the first layer, said second layer having a higher nitrogen fraction than the first layer and consisting essentially of nitrides and/or carbonitrides of metals of the IVa group of the periodic table, in addition to containing phase fractions of up to 10 volume % of carbides, nitrides, carbonitrides or oxycarbonitrides of the elements W, Mo, V, Ta, Nb, Cr and/or fractions that are dissolved in the hard substance phase amounting to up to 5 mass % V, NB, TA and up to 2 mass % CR, Mo, W and also containing up to 15 mass % binding agents. A transition zone with a thickness of between 2 and 100 μm is located beneath the second layer, the composition changing gradually to a homogeneous composition in the interior core of the hard metal or cermet body in said zone. To produce said sequence of layers, after being subjected to thermal treatment to produce a layer rich in an auxiliary metal, the body is treated in a nitrogen atmosphere under a nitrogen pressure of 5×103 Pa to 107 Pa below the eutectic.

摘要: The invention relates to a hard metal substrate body consisting of a WC hard material phase and between 3 and 25 mass % of a binding phase containing at least one binding metal Fe, Co and/or Ni, and up to 15 mass % (in relation to the binding phase) of dissolved dopants from the group containing Al, Cr, Mo, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta. The invention also relates to a method for producing one such hard metal substrate body, using powder metallurgy followed by sintering. According to the invention, the percentage of all of the dopants in the hard metal is limited to a maximum of 4 mass %, the proportion of cubic phase in the hard metal is less than 4 vol. %, and the binding metal content in an edge region of the hard metal substrate body falls from up to 1 μm, preferably up to 0.5 μm, to less than half the binding agent content inside the substrate body. In order to produce said hard metal substrate body, once the eutectic has been reached and at the latest once the sintering temperature has been reached in the heating phase, the vacuum or inert gas atmosphere is replaced by a N2 atmosphere and maintained at least until the sintering temperature is reached.

摘要: A sealing arrangement (1) has two abutting construction elements made of concrete, steel, reinforced concrete, cast iron or other materials, as well as a sealing section made of an elastomer material which sealingly bridges the gap between the two construction elements. The construction elements are in particular segments (2, 2″) which are assembled into a tubular tunnel with transverse and longitudinal joints (3). Each segment is preferably provided with a continuous groove on all its abutting sides. An elongated sealing profile (5) is located in each groove, forming a sealing frame with frame corners. The sealing section has elongated open and/or closed flutes arranged on the section base side and elongated ducts arranged between the flutes and the section front side. The sealing section (5) also has at least two groups (A, B) of ducts of which the first (A) is located directly above the flutes while the other (B) is laterally offset with respect to the flutes. Both groups (A, B) of ducts lie substantially in a plane parallel to the base or front side of the section.
