    摘要: A sensor, a sensor component and a method for manufacturing a sensor are provided, in which sensors for measuring absolute values are inserted into cost-effective and technically simple plastic housings of the usual construction type, without having negative effects on the long-term stability of the absolute measuring values supplied by such sensors. In particular, parameter drifts and offsets in the parameters are induced by arranging a sensor element above an application-specific semiconductor element which evaluates the sensor's signals, and is connected to it via a flip-chip connection. Mechanical, thermal and moisture stresses are prevented and compensated for by introducing a suitable quantity of gel into the plastic housing.

The device has at least: a layer system having a diaphragm underneath which a cavity is formed, which is separated from an external space outside the pressure sensor element; a measuring device for measuring a deflection of the diaphragm; and a seismic mass formed on, underneath, or in the diaphragm. Furthermore, in a method for using such a pressure sensor element, the pressure sensor element is operatable in a sleep mode having lower power consumption and in an operating mode having higher power consumption; in the sleep mode a change in the measuring signals of the measuring device over time is checked, and if a relevant change in the measuring signals is detected, a position change is inferred and a switchover to the operating mode is performed, in which the measuring signals of the measuring device or the analysis signals formed from the measuring signals are transmitted via a transmitter, for example, an antenna.

Since zymogens are proteolytically inactive precursors of proteases, proteolytic side reactions are largely suppressed. Preferably, amino acid esters or peptide esters and C-terminally derivatized amino acids or peptide fragments are coupled to each other. The reaction can also take place in a frozen, aqueous medium. In particular, chymotrypsinogen, trypsinogen, pepsinogen, prorennin or procarboxypeptidase are suitable as zymogens.
