    摘要: The invention is a method for controlling an echo canceller circuit including a data storage for storing a program for processing digital signals to cancel an echo in PCM encoded voice data, a plurality of digital signal processors each having a reset terminal and which are downloaded with the program which is executed by the plurality of digital signal processor to carry out removal of the echo in the PCM encoded voice data, and a one chip controller for performing control functions of the echo canceller. The method comprises the steps after completion of initialization of the one chip controller, controlling the reset terminals of the digital signal processors to maintain all of the digital signal processors in reset state; releasing one digital signal processor from the reset state and downloading the program to the one released digital signal processor from the data storage; and the released one digital signal processor processing the PCM encoded voice data with the program to remove the echo from the PCM encoded voice data.

    摘要: A base station controller interface of the code division multiple access (CDMA) mobile system is described for interfacing between the base station controller and the CDMA mobile switching center (MSC) of the CDMA mobile system (CMS). The base station controller decreases the load of the system by including, for every base station controller interface, the mobile announcement (MANM) to service the state information of the subscriber of interest for all paging to the mobile subscriber. At the same time, the connection between the base station controller and the base station controller interface of the mobile switching center utilizes the EL 2048 Kbps interfacing technique applying the conventional communication network recommended in the ITU-T. The transmission of the message and the call traffic using the interfacing technique is performed to be linked with the TSB of the base station controller. The control signal for processing the call is accomplished by using the inner communication message protocol which is connected in the EIA-422 interfacing mode to the call control processor of the base station controller. Therefore, the present invention effectively performs the call processing function to the mobile subscriber, the mobility management function, the mobile subscriber announceable function, and the itself operational preservative function. Also, the present invention transmits between the call processing control information and the call traffic. Therefore, the present invention increases the capacity of the subsystem in the conventional full electronic telephone exchanger, and has a effect to easily embody the subsystem in the mobile switching center for more economical connection thereof.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an internet protocol (IP) mobile communication system and a session initiation method thereof. In the IP mobile communication system, a session initiation process using a session initiation protocol is performed for real-time mobile multimedia communication. At this time, not only multimedia codec but also session and quality of service (QoS) information is negotiated from a transmitting terminal to a receiving terminal, and is negotiated between relating network elements. An access manager controls a mobile access router which is a gateway of an access network according to the negotiated session and QoS information. Therefore an additional QoS negotiation process is not necessary for a session guaranteeing the QoS between a terminal and the mobile access router, between the mobile access routers, and between the mobile access router and the receiving terminal.
