    摘要: A system and method for calculating a real time voltage stability risk index in a power system are disclosed. The disclosed system comprises a real time phasor measurement device for calculating a voltage stability risk index using RMS voltage and an upper voltage stability monitoring system for collecting and sequencing the voltage stability risk index transferred from the real time phasor measurement device. The disclosed method comprises calculating RMS voltage by using bus voltage measured; calculating an N moving average voltage for the RMS voltages; calculating a % diversity between the bus voltage measured and the N moving average voltage; calculating a voltage stability risk index by dividing the area constructed by the % diversity by the number of sections; transferring the voltage stability risk index from a real time phasor measurement device to an upper voltage stability monitoring system; acquiring and sequencing the voltage stability risk indexes transferred.

    摘要: Provided is a transmission data frame in an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) burst mode transmission, and more particularly, a frequency offset estimating method and a channel equalizing method using a transmission data frame. In the transmission data frame used in the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing burst mode transmission, a length of a guard interval in a preamble area for frequency offset estimation and channel estimation varies depending on a channel environment not being limited in consideration of a size of a data symbol, and only data of ending part of the guard interval in the preamble is used to estimate frequency offset in consideration of intersymbol interference. In the frequency offset estimating method, desired frequency estimation efficiency can be satisfied with the small number of samples. Also, when channel equalization is performed, two symbols are averaged in a time area to reduce the accuracy of channel estimation due to Gaussian random noise. In a frequency area, by referring to weight placed on an adjacent subcarrier, a channel equalization coefficient is obtained to efficiently reduce Gaussian random noise.

The roaming UE sends an available VPLMN list to the HPLMN. A control message of a non-access stratum (NAS) or an application can be used to receive a preferred VPLMN list from the HPLMN or to send the preferred VPLMN list after the HPLMN requests that the UE should send the available VPLMN list or without a request. The HPLMN manages a VPLMN to be used by the roaming UE and enables a user to receive a better service.

    摘要: A surface discharge type air cleaning device comprises an insulating dielectric body formed in the shape of a sheet, and a discharge electrode and a ground electrode formed at one surface of the insulating dielectric body, the discharge electrode and the ground electrode being disposed in parallel with each other while the discharge electrode and the ground electrode are spaced a predetermined distance from each other. The discharge electrode has a plurality of pointed ends protruding toward the ground electrode. Consequently, electrical charge accumulation is prevented and continuous discharge is possible, even when a DC power source is used. In addition, entirely uniform and stable discharge at the surface of the dielectric body is accomplished, and therefore, the generated number of hydroxyl radicals and negative ions is increased while the generated amount of ozone is decreased. Also, discharge safety is increased, and therefore, air cleaning efficiency is improved.
