摘要:
A fuel cell system having an electricity generator that generates electricity by the electrochemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen. The electricity generator includes a membrane electrode assembly with a conductive polymer membrane, and anode and cathode electrode layers on opposite sides of the conductive polymer membrane. The electricity generator has a pair of separator plates facing the anode and cathode electrode layers of the membrane electrode assembly and having channels through which flow hydrogen containing fuel or oxygen containing gas. There is also a pair of gaskets provided on opposite sides of the ionic conductive polymer to enclose each edge of the anode and cathode electrodes so that fluid leakage is prevented between the ionic conductive polymer membrane and the separator plates, wherein at least one of the gaskets is used as a voltage measuring gasket including a nonconductive first frame and a conductive second frame. The voltage measuring gasket having the conductive frame is used for measuring the voltage of the unit cell, thereby preventing a bipolar plate from being damaged.

A cell voltage measurer of a fuel cell stack and a fuel cell system using the same, the cell voltage measurer including a plurality of terminals electrically connected to a plurality of separators of the stack, respectively; and a plurality of wiring lines coupled to at least one of a plurality of fastening mechanisms and electrically connected to the plurality of terminals, respectively. With this configuration, at least one of the wiring lines is blocked or prevented from being short-circuited by heat generated in the fuel cell stack, and has a sample structure to ease an wiring operation. Since the cell voltage of the fuel cell stack is stably measured to thereby measure (or check) the deterioration of a certain cell (or cell unit), the fuel cell stack is blocked or prevented from being suddenly stopped due to excess deterioration of the certain cell (or cell unit).

A RFID device having an analog block, a digital block, and a memory block having a nonvolatile ferroelectric memory is presented. The analog block is configured to receive a radio frequency signal so as to output an operating command signal. The digital block is configured to generate and output an address and an operation adjusting signal in response to the operating command signal. The digital block is also configured to output a response signal to the analog block and to generate a flag data corresponding to a data processing state and value. The memory block is configured to read and write a data in a nonvolatile ferroelectric capacitor in response to the operation adjusting signal. The memory block includes a memory unit configured to store the flag data so as to output the flag data to the digital block.

There are provided a pump of a noise suppression and vibration proof structure and a fuel cell system using the same. The fuel cell system includes at least one electricity generator including an electrolyte membrane and an anode and a cathode attached to the both surfaces of the electrolyte membrane to generate electricity energy by the electrochemical reaction between fuel containing hydrogen and oxidant supplied to the anode and the cathode, a fuel supplying unit including a pump for supplying the oxidant to the electricity generator, and a fixed frame that is provided on a lower frame and to which the pump is fixed. The pump is separated from the lower frame and is fixed to and combined with the fixed frame by the belt-shaped fixing member on the side surface of the fixing frame with a buffering member interposed. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the noise and vibration of the pump.

In an X-ROM memory device both metal changeable GND lines and polysilicon changeable GND lines are used as a changeable GND line. The metal changeable GND lines are respectively located on both sides of an array of a fixed number of polysilicon changeable GND lines. Odd polysilicon changeable GND lines are commonly connected to one metal changeable GND line through a predetermined polysilicon line, and even polysilicon changeable GND lines are commonly connected to the other metal changeable GND line through another predetermined polysilicon line. Each of the metal changeable GND lines are then connected to a GND terminal through the driving cell transistors.

A method and an apparatus for controlling the operation of a fuel cell system. The method can include, actively controlling the fuel cell system without a fuel concentration sensor by: measuring an output voltage, an output current, and a temperature of a fuel cell stack; obtaining a first fuel feeding amount corresponding to the measured output values; comparing a reference temperature corresponding to the measured output values with the measured temperature; and obtaining a second fuel feeding amount by compensating the first fuel feeding amount with a value corresponding to difference between the reference temperature and the measured temperature.
