    摘要: A manufacturing method of an array substrate for a transflective liquid crystal display device includes forming a gate insulator on a gate line and a gate electrode formed on a substrate. A data line, source and drain electrodes are formed on an ohmic contact layer formed on an active layer on the gate insulator. A first passivation layer made of a first material is deposited on the data line, source and drain electrodes. A second passivation layer made of a second material is deposited on the first passivation layer. The second passivation layer is patterned, thereby forming a first drain contact hole exposing the first passivation layer over the drain electrode. A reflector is formed on the second passivation layer, the reflector having a first transmissive hole The first passivation layer is patterned thereby forming a second drain contact hole exposing the drain electrode. The second drain contact hole corresponds to the first drain contact hole. A transparent electrode is formed on the second passivation layer and on the reflector, wherein the transparent electrode is connected to the drain electrode through the first and second drain contact holes.

    摘要: The invention relates to an array substrate for use in a transflective liquid crystal display device that has a high contrast ratio. The array substrate includes a first light-shielding pattern on a substrate, which is made of the same material as a gate electrode. The array substrate further includes a second light-shielding pattern that is made of the same material as an active layer in the same process step. These first and second light-shielding patterns are disposed in a border portion between the transmissive portion and the reflective portion, where the liquid crystal molecules are misaligned and the light is distorted. The first and second light-shielding pattern prevents the light leakage occurring in the border region between the transmissive portion and the reflective portion, thereby increasing the contrast ratio of the transflective LCD device.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method of recovering a (meth)acrylic acid ester, which comprises the steps of: (a) carrying out an esterification reaction between an alcohol and (meth)acrylic acid in the presence of a catalyst to obtain a (meth)acrylic acid ester, wherein a byproduct is generated together with the (meth)acrylic acid ester; and (b) subjecting the byproduct generated in step (a) to a reaction with a catalyst and water in a reactor, wherein the water is fed into the reactor in order that water content exceeds 0 wt % but is 10 wt % or less in the reactor based on the total weight of reactants comprising the byproduct, the catalyst and the water, and thereby separating the (meth)acrylic acid, the alcohol and the (meth)acrylic acid ester contained in the byproduct from the byproduct to obtain the (meth)acrylic acid, the alcohol and the (meth)acrylic acid ester as a recovered product.
