摘要: A method for suppressing the formation of ammonia comprising providing a carrier material to a container having a headspace; providing a bacteria, an acidifier and an odor inhibitor to the carrier material, the bacteria comprising Staphylococcus-xylosus or Staphylococcus-cohnii bacteria, and the odor inhibitor comprising a salt of an aminopolycarboxylic acid compound; and applying animal waste to the carrier material; wherein there is a 5 to 98 percent improvement of ammonia content in the headspace as compared to an untreated control comprising a container containing the carrier material and the bacteria and not contain the odor inhibitor.

摘要: A method of fused filament fabrication (FFF) additive manufacturing comprises employing an olefin block copolymer. The method allows for the additive manufacturing article that retains the desirable mechanical properties of polyolefins such as polyethylene or polypropylene without experiencing the problems inherent in FFF printing of polyethylene or polypropylene particularly in the absence of solid fillers. In a particular embodiment, the additive manufactured article is comprised of the olefin block copolymer is comprised of block composite or crystalline block composite polymer or mixture thereof comprising the olefin block copolymer, wherein the olefin block copolymer is comprised of an isotactic propylene block and a polyethylene rich block.

摘要: A process for increasing the service life of a solar receiver by reducing the concentration of dissolved hydrogen present in a hydrogen atom containing liquid (HACL) stream including (a) contacting a HACL stream containing a first concentration of dissolved hydrogen with an inert gas stream under predetermined process conditions such that at least a portion of hydrogen in the HACL stream is transferred to the inert gas stream and a second reduced concentration of dissolved hydrogen remains in the HACL stream; and (b) passing the HACL stream having the second reduced concentration of dissolved hydrogen through the solar receiver.
