Some embodiments provide a method for making trustworthy how-to content accessible, which method includes locating an item of how-to content made available for access by a provider; creating at least one how-to entry corresponding to the item of how-to content which enables a user to access the how-to content and which includes some indication of the source (and thus also, to a user familiar with the source, an indication of the quality) of the how-to content; and providing the user with access to the how-to entry via at least one network (e.g., the Internet).

摘要： Methods and systems are provided for controlling the enabling and/or disabling of an audio alarm that indicates an occurrence of a predetermined event of a power supply, such as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS). In one embodiment of the invention, the method includes programming the UPS to enable the audio alarm of the power supply during a first predetermined time period, and programming the UPS to disable the audio alarm of the power supply while the power supply is still operational during a second predetermined time period. In embodiments of the invention, the system is able to enable and disable an audio alarm during specified time periods of the day. Thus, a user can use the system to designate when an alarm will not sound so as not to disturb the user or others at an inconvenient time.
