    摘要： Provided is a hair bleach or dye composition containing an amino-modified silicone, a highly polymerized silicone having a number-average degree of polymerization of 1000 or greater, a cationic polymer and an oxidizing agent.The hair bleach or dye composition of the present invention does not give a discomfort upon washing or shampooing of the treated hair, can bleach or dye the hair uniformly from root to tip without damaging the hair by this treatment, add to the hair a good color and luster, and a good feel of the hair, manageability and hair retention after drying, and is also good in durability of these effects and stability.

    摘要： A technique is provided that can avoid radio zone interference in a radio controlled model apparatus which employs a frequency hopping system in the spread spectrum radio techniques. In a controller for maneuvering, for example, model airplanes, a process for detecting whether or not a radio zone is in an occupied state is initiated, with an initial radio zone represented by information stored in a nonvolatile memory acting as a starting point. Until an unoccupied radio zone is detected, the process of detecting the occupation of radio zones continues according to a predetermined sequence. Thus, an available radio zone can be detected. Moreover, information representing an initial radio zone, stored in a nonvolatile memory, is updated immediately after power-on of the controller.

    摘要： A hair dye composition comprises the following ingredients (A) and (B): (A) a compound having a 5- or 6-membered lactone skeleton, and (B) an acid dye; and having a pH of from 2 to 6 and a buffer capacity not lower than 0.004 gram equivalent/L but lower than 0.2 gram equivalent/L as measured in a form of a tenfold dilute aqueous solution. This hair dye composition does not cause staining to the skin, is excellent in dyeing properties for hair, is good in the fastness to shampoo, and does not give off gas through hydrolysis in an acidic range.
