摘要： Video files recorded on a disk recording medium are acquired from an image capturing apparatus. First contents information indicating a list of the acquired video files is created. Based on the created first contents information, second contents information in a network advertisement format is created. Based on the first contents information and the acquired video files, video files in the network advertisement format are created. The created second contents information is advertised onto a network. Video files requested from a client terminal on the network based on the second contents information are delivered to the client terminal.

摘要： In an image sensing apparatus which senses a plurality of color images for obtaining a single color image or black-and-white image of high resolution by combining the sensed images, a color image/black-and-white image determination unit determines whether a sensed image is a black-and-white image or a color image. When it is determined that the sensed image is a black-and-white image, a pixel shifting method of shifting by half pixel for increasing a resolution is performed. Accordingly, the number of times to sense images is reduced, thereby shortening a period of time required for sensing a black-and-white image of high resolution by using a single CCD type color image sensor.

摘要： When a TV conference application program is initiated, a software timer is activated. The timer is set to a predetermined period, e.g., 30 seconds, which is shorter than the time when a screen saver image starts to be displayed, e.g., one minute. Every 30 seconds, a pseudo user input event of mouse displacement is generated. Accordingly, the time counter of a screen saver is cleared before the predetermined time when the screen saver image starts to be displayed has elapsed, thereby it is possible to prevent the screen saver image from being displayed during executing the TV conference application program.
