    摘要: A distance-measuring device includes a light-emitting/sensing controlling circuit, a light-emitting component, a light-sensing group, a background-calculating circuit, a frequency-adjusting circuit, and a distance-calculating circuit. The light-emitting component emits a detecting light to a measured object. The light-emitting/sensing controlling circuit controls the light-sensing group receiving and accumulating the energy of a reflective light generated by the measured object reflecting the detecting light, so that the distance-calculating circuit can calculate a measured distance between the measured object and the distance-measuring device according the accumulated energy of the light-sensing group. In addition, the distance-measuring device calculates the energy accumulated by the light-sensing group sensing the background light per unit time, by means of the background-calculating circuit. In this way, the effect of the background light is reduced so that the distance-measuring device can more correctly calculate the measured distance.

Distance-measuring device has a first known distance and a second known distance respectively between calibrating object and transflective plate. Distance-measuring device includes light emitting device for emitting a detecting light with lighting-error angle, image sensor with sensing-error angle, and parameter calculating circuit. First part of detecting light passes transflective plate and is reflected by calibrating object and becomes first reflecting light emitting to first imaging location of image sensor while second part of detecting light is reflected by transflective plate and becomes second reflecting light emitting to second imaging location of image sensor. Parameter-calculating circuit calculates lighting-error angle and sensing-error angle according to first and second known distances, and first and second imaging locations.

    摘要: A distance-measuring device is utilized for measuring a measured distance between a measured object and the distance-measuring device. The distance-measuring device reduces the effect of a background light and a flicking light by removing the part corresponding to the background light and the flicking light from light-sensed signals generated by an image sensor of the distance-measuring device. In addition, the distance-measuring device calculates a calibrating parameter for calibrating an assemble-error angle of the distance-measuring device, according to an imaging location of a reflective light obtained by measuring a calibrating object with a predetermined distance. In this way, the distance-measuring device can correctly calculate out the measured distance.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a gesture detecting apparatus which includes an image capturing device and a processing unit. The image capturing device is for capturing an object light beam reflected by an object and outputting corresponding image information accordingly. The processing unit is for processing the image information and generating a first command or a second command accordingly. The steps of generating the first command and the second command by the processing unit include: outputting a first command if an image size of the image information increases with a relatively higher velocity and decreases with a relatively lower velocity in a sequential time series; and outputting a second command if the image size of the image information increases with a relatively lower velocity and decreases with a relatively higher velocity in the sequential time series.
