Abstract: A tubular mesh filter has a first ring-shaped portion formed in one end side of a tubular filter portion that filters out a foreign object from a fluid and a second ring-shaped portion formed in the other end side of the filter portion. The first and second ring-shaped portions are thicker than the filter portion. The first and second ring-shaped portions and the filter portion are injection-molded in an integral manner by initially injecting molten resin into a first cavity portion used to shape the first ring-shaped portion, flowing the molten resin filled in the first cavity portion evenly to a second cavity portion used to shape the filter portion, and supplying the molten resin filled in the second cavity portion to a third cavity portion used to shape the second ring-shaped portion.

Abstract: Four gates are provided in one end surface of the inner cylinder cavity section of an injection molding die along the circumferential direction of an inner cylinder cavity section. The gates are disposed in intermediate parts between a first central line and a second central line when the first central line passes through the center of the inner cylinder cavity section in parallel to the X-axis and the second central line passes through the center of the inner cylinder cavity section 1 in parallel to the Y-axis on an X-Y plane orthogonal to a central axis of the inner cylinder cavity section. The gates are opened in the positions in which the filling rate is apt to reduce in the filter portion cavity section and the gates are not opened in the positions in which the filling rate is apt to increase in the filter portion cavity section.

Abstract: An injection molding mold 2 where a molten resin containing reinforcing fibers is injected from a gate 11 into a cavity 5 to join the molten resins containing the reinforcing fibers together in the cavity 5 to form a weld portion. The injection molding mold 2 includes a reinforcing fiber orientation change concave portion 20 formed at a position displaced from the weld portion. The reinforcing fiber orientation change concave portion 20 opens to the cavity 5. The reinforcing fiber orientation change concave portion 20 causes the molten resins containing the reinforcing fibers 25 in the cavity 5 to partially flow into the reinforcing fiber orientation change concave portion 20 to disturb directions of the reinforcing fibers at the weld portion. Consequently, the reinforcing fibers at the weld portion and near the weld portion in the cylindrical article 1 tangle, thus improving the strength at the weld portion in the cylindrical article 1.

Abstract: A cell strainer causes fluid to flow out in a tube via a filter or causes fluid in the tube to flow in via the filter by an operation of a pipette engaged with the tube. The filter is formed into a shape such that the filter is entirely positioned in the tube when the cell strainer is engaged with the tube. A tip engaging hole press-fitted to a distal end of a tip for pipette is formed in the cell strainer. A flow passage communicating with the tip engaging hole is formed inside the cell strainer. The filter has a plurality of openings having similar shapes. The openings communicate between an inside of the flow passage and an internal space of the tube to filter out a substance larger than the openings among substances in the fluid.

Abstract: A molten resin containing reinforcing fibers is injected from a gate into a cavity formed between an external piece and a center pin, and the molten resins containing the reinforcing fibers join together in the cavity. Thus, a weld line is formed in the molten resin containing the reinforcing fibers in the cavity. With this injection molding mold, moving the external piece with respect to the center pin changes an interval with the center pin. This forcibly causes the molten resin containing the reinforcing fibers in the cavity to flow and disturbs directions of the reinforcing fibers at the weld line. Consequently, the reinforcing fibers at the weld line and near the weld line in a cylindrical article tangle, improving strength at a part where the weld line is formed in the cylindrical article.
