摘要: A device comprising a bottom portion providing a first contact and a second contact via an outer surface, an inner surface is conductive with the outer surface. The device comprises a bottom pressure pin, within the bottom portion, connected to the first contact and a top portion rotatably fixed to the bottom portion and comprising first and second connectors functionally exposed therethrough. The device comprises a printed circuit board (PCB), within the bottom portion, providing a first route to the first connector and a second route to the second connector. The PCB is fixably attached to the electrical connectors and the first route continuously contacts with the bottom pressure pin. The device comprises a radial pressure pin, fixably connected to the second route, that provides continuous connection with the second contact through the bottom portion's inner surface. A method of assembly of the device and a kit comprising the device.

摘要: Techniques, systems and apparatus are described for implementing a telescopic contact lens. In one aspect, a telescopic contact lens includes an inner lens including optical apertures and aspheric reflectors, an outer lens of a biocompatible material, and a switching device that rapidly switches between normal and telescopic vision. The optical apertures of the inner lens includes a center aperture that allows light to pass through for normal vision and an annular aperture located on the periphery of the inner lens that allows light to enter for telescopic vision, The aspheric reflectors are configured between the annular aperture and the center aperture to reflect the light and magnify a visual image for telescopic vision.

摘要: A variety of lenses, lens assemblies, imaging devices, applications for such lenses, assemblies and devices, and related methods of operation and manufacturing are disclosed. At least some embodiments of the invention relate to a lens that includes first and second inward-facing surfaces that are each at least partly reflective. The lens further includes a first aperture that is positioned around at least a portion of an outer periphery of one of the first and second inward-facing surfaces, and a second aperture existing proximate a central region of the lens. The light proceeding within the lens between the first and second inward-facing surfaces is reflected at least twice on at least one of the first and second inward-facing surfaces as it travels between the first aperture and the second aperture.

摘要: A footwear rack has at least one pan configured and sized for supporting a pair of footwear. The pan has a pair of hooks extending rearwardly therefrom and which are releasably attached to slotted hooking columns. The columns have a plurality of slots configured and sized for connecting with the hooks. The columns can be fixedly attached to a wall or to a mounting stand. The mounting stand is designed to be free standing by having a base from which perpendicularly extend the columns. The pan has a sloping surface for concentrating the water away from the footwear.

摘要: Methods and systems are provided to enable the capture of large (e.g., Gigapixel) images with high image quality using optical imaging systems that have a small form factor. The disclosed systems can be manufactured in a cost effective fashion, and can be readily assembled, aligned, tested and utilized. One such system comprises a monocentric primary optics section that includes one or more surfaces adapted to form a symmetrical arrangement around a common point of origin. The system also includes a secondary optics section that includes a plurality of secondary optics subsections, where each secondary optics subsection can intercept at least a portion of the light collected by the monocentric primary optics section. The combination of the primary optics section and the secondary optics section is adapted to form an image.
