摘要: A cooling system includes an inlet port and an outlet port to be coupled to one or more electronic devices, a main loop having a heat exchanger coupled to the inlet port and the outlet port, and a buffer loop coupled to the inlet port and the outlet port. The main loop having a heat exchanger to receive fluid from the inlet port, to extract heat generated by the electronic devices and carried by the fluid, and to return the fluid to the electronic devices via the outlet. In an embodiment, a cooling system includes a buffer loop, configured in parallel with the main loop, with a buffer unit to temporarily buffer at least a portion of the fluid, and a first pressure controllable valve, coupled to the main loop and the buffer loop, to selectively distribute at least a portion of the fluid to at least one of the main loop or the buffer loop based on a fluid pressure of the fluid. In an embodiment, a cooling system includes a bypass loop coupled between the first pressure controllable valve and the outlet port to operate as a direct bypass loop from the inlet port to the outlet port, bypassing the heat exchanger and the buffer unit. Pressure is measured and used for controlling those loops under different working scenarios.

摘要: A pressure regulator is configured for better accuracy and response times at higher inlet pressures. These configurations may integrate two-path control with a pressure-balanced plug. The two-path control may leverage a pair of pilot valves, one with a fixed differential pressure and the other with a variable differential pressure. In one implementation, the device is plumbed so that downstream pressure is sensed at both the actuator and the variable differential pressure pilot valve.

摘要: A pressure control system for a liquid-cooled electronic component cooling device. A cooling device cools an electronic component through a refrigerant moving along a pipe. A radiator is mounted on one side of the cooling device to exchange heat with the refrigerant, and has a vent hole extending outwardly. A head has discharge holes communicating with a plurality of first hollows formed therein in an outer circumferential surface thereof with a driver hole provided in an upper surface thereof. A body is coupled to a bottom side of the head and has a second hollow communicating with the first hollows in a lengthwise direction. A pressure controller extends outward from a bottom of the body with an inner portion thereof communicating with the second hollow, and includes a coupler having threads on one side of an outer circumferential surface thereof to be screwed into the vent hole.

摘要: A remote seal system includes a remote diaphragm having a first side configured to be exposed to a process fluid. A conduit is coupled to the remote diaphragm and includes a fill fluid in fluidic communication with a second side of the remote diaphragm. A temperature sensor is thermally coupled to the conduit and configured to sense a temperature of the fill fluid. In one alternative example, a remote sensing assembly includes a flexible elongate conduit having a first end coupled to a remote diaphragm in fluidic communication with a process fluid and a second end extending a length from the first end to a process fluid pressure transmitter. A substantially incompressible fill fluid is disposed within the flexible elongate conduit. The process fluid pressure transmitter is configured to generate an output value indicative of pressure in the process fluid based on a corresponding pressure in the fill fluid. A temperature detector is coupled to the flexible elongate conduit and is configured to provide a signal indicative of an average temperature of the fill fluid along the flexible elongate conduit. A compensation system calculates a thermal expansion value based on the average temperature and adjusts the pressure signal based on the thermal expansion value.

摘要: A process fluid regulator includes a regulator body having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet connected by a fluid flow path. A control element is disposed within the fluid flow path, the control element cooperating with a seat to control fluid flow through the regulator body. An actuator is attached to the regulator body, the actuator providing force to move the control element relative to the seat. The actuator includes a housing and a diaphragm within the housing, the diaphragm dividing the actuator housing into an upper chamber and a lower chamber. A high pressure bleed valve is attached to the lower chamber to vent residual gas from the lower chamber, which creates additional volume for process liquid in the lower chamber. This additional volume improves effectiveness and response time of the process fluid regulator.

摘要: A water pressure regulator includes a sealing member and a body having a diaphragm assembly. The diaphragm assembly is positioned and secured within the body to define first and second chambers. The diaphragm assembly has a force acting thereon from within the second chamber. The first chamber defines first and second zones and a passageway therebetween. An inlet of the body is configured to provide water to the first zone and an outlet of the body is configured to deliver water out of the second zone. The sealing member is positioned within the first zone. The sealing member seals the passageway by a force of the water in the first zone acting upon the sealing member and by a gravitational force acting upon the sealing member. The sealing member is formed in the shape of a spherical ball. The water pressure regulator may be used in a watering system.

摘要: In the direct-acting valve of the present invention, no flange is formed in the valve box and the piping is achieved by interposing the valve box between pipe flanges. The direct acting valve includes: a driving section that operates by sensing a primary pressure or a secondary pressure; and a valve body communicating with the driving section to open and close a flow path. A valve box of the valve is positioned between pipe flanges tightened by bolts and nuts. Connecting end portions to be mated with pipe flanges respectively have an inlet and an outlet of the flow path, and each of the end portions is formed to have a smaller diameter than that of the pipe flange. A cover flange neck is extended upward from the valve box is formed so as to be interposed between the bolts B and B1 which are provided between the pipe flanges and adjacent to each other on the circumference of the pipe flanges.

摘要: A pressure reducer has a housing with inlet and outlet sockets, a partition between said inlet and outlet sockets, and an accommodation socket. The partition defines an aperture aligned with the accommodation socket. A pressure reducer insert is inserted into the accommodation socket and the aperture. The pressure reducer insert has a tapering, funnel-like insert housing, a valve seat, and webs for connecting the insert housing with a valve seat sealingly mounted in the aperture. A regulating diaphragm closes the open end to define a controlled pressure chamber which communicates with an outlet chamber. A cap encloses a biased helical spring and a bias setting threaded spindle rotatably mounted in the cap. A setting knob is axially movable between a first position non-rotatably coupled with the cap, and a second position rotatable relative to the cap where rotation of the knob rotates the bias setting spindle and adjusts the pressure setting.

摘要: A fuel pressure regulating valve for motor vehicles which decreases, the noise behavior of pressure regulating valves frequently found to be annoying. The pressure regulating valve includes a sealing gap, a first part, and a second part of a connection opening which are dimensioned so that the noise behavior of the pressure regulating valve is significantly better than that of known pressure regulating valves. The pressure regulating valve is particularly suited for fuel delivery systems of motor vehicles with an internal combustion engine.

摘要: A pressure regulator for supplying water to an associated watering system for poultry or the like includes a top works structure and a bottom works structure which are formed of few parts, which are easy to manufacture and assemble together. The top works structure includes a cover seated within a cover and a reference spring assembly which includes a reference spring and a diaphragm membrane. The reference spring assembly can be adjusted to vary the outlet pressure of the regulator. The bottom works structure includes a body having an inlet through which water flows into the regulator from a supply and an outlet through which water flows out from the regulator to the associated watering system. A structure is provided for substantially isolating said diaphragm from water pressure in said regulator during flushing of the regulator and the associated watering system and during conditions of higher-demand for water. An ejector tube arrangement is provided in the housing outlet for boosting the flow of water through the regulator under a higher demand condition.
