    Abstract: A robot control system includes a remotely operated robot, a receiver, and an authority granting unit. The remotely operated robot have plural functions. The permission unit is configured to only permit a user having an operation authority for a specific function to remotely operate the specific function, among plural users who remotely operate the remotely operated robot. The receiver is configured to receive a permission request for remotely operating the specific function from a user who does not have the operation authority for the specific function, among the users who remotely operate the remotely operated robot. The authority granting unit is configured to grant the operation authority for the specific function to the user who has made the permission request, if a predetermined condition is satisfied upon receiving the permission request.

    Abstract: A path finding device includes a search unit, a calculation unit, and a selection unit. The search unit finds paths to reach a goal point from a start point while detouring around a stationary obstacle. The calculation unit calculates, for each of the found paths, an encounter probability that is a probability of encountering a non-stationary obstacle using previously accumulated non-stationary obstacle information. The selection unit selects a path with a lowest encounter probability among the found paths.
