The vehicle dispatch system comprising: a required time prediction unit for predicting the required time until the autonomous driving vehicle arrives at a point of dispatch by a route, a remote assistance request number calculation unit for calculating the remote assistance request number on a route, and a vehicle dispatch determination unit for determining the vehicle dispatch route to the point of dispatch where the autonomous driving vehicle travels based on the required time for each route and the remote assistance request number for each route, when the route search unit searched for a plurality of the routes.

摘要: A process to schedule an industrial vehicle for maintenance comprises constructing a warehouse model based upon a warehouse configuration to define a dimensionally constrained environment and virtual industrial vehicles operating within the environment. A workflow model defines tasks of the virtual industrial vehicles within the defined environment of the warehouse model. A kinematic model is based upon vehicle specifications for the virtual industrial vehicles, kinematic functions of the virtual industrial vehicles, constraints of the defined environment of the warehouse model, and a cutback curve computed for a parameter of a kinematic function of the virtual industrial vehicle. The kinematic model is applied to the workflow model to evaluate virtual industrial vehicle performance to determine ideal results. Actual use data of the industrial vehicle is collected during the industrial vehicle operation. The industrial vehicle is scheduled for maintenance based on a comparison of the actual use data to the ideal results.

摘要: A picking system may provide a fast, flexible pick cart solution that may be deployed in warehouses or distribution centers to enable users to pick multiple items to put into a plurality of order bins (or carts) with high speed and accuracy to create completed orders ready for packing and shipping. Hardware and software may be bundled on the carts which may shorten training times, simplify integration, and allow for adjustment of carts based on product/items needs, all while improving picking efficiency. The picking system may include a cloud-based computer platform that may control light and displays in the lighted pick shelves that direct users to place a specified quantity of items in specific order bins. Users in remote locations may be linked to the cloud-based computer platform that may control lighted pick shelves in the users' locations.

A testing utility may receive log data describing a first location of a capturing vehicle at a first driven route time and a second location of the capturing vehicle at a second drive route time. The testing utility may, using at least the location data, determine a first routing graph modification to constrain a navigator component of an autonomous vehicle control system under test. The testing utility may provide the first routing graph modification to the navigator component to cause the navigator component to generate a testing route.
