摘要: Provided is a thermoelectric conversion module which is folded in a bellows-like shape and is capable of preventing a thermoelectric conversion layer from coming into contact with other member even in a state in which bellows is closed and performing highly effective power generation. This thermoelectric conversion module includes a bellows-like substrate, P-type and N-type thermoelectric conversion layers which are alternately provided on each sloped surface of the substrate on one surface of the substrate, a top portion electrode which connects the P-type and N-type thermoelectric conversion layers over a top portion and a bottom portion electrode which connects P-type and N-type thermoelectric conversion layers over a bottom portion, in which the P-type and N-type thermoelectric conversion layers do not extend over the top portion and the bottom portion, and positions of the P-type thermoelectric conversion layer and the N-type thermoelectric conversion layer which face each other are not overlapped as viewed in the arrangement direction.

摘要: A photoelectric conversion element is formed by laminating, in order, a substrate, a lower electrode, an organic layer which generates electric charge by light irradiation, an upper electrode which transmits light, a buffer layer and a protective film. The buffer layer is formed from hydrogenated silicon oxide containing hydrogen ions, and has a thickness of 1 to 100 nm. The protective film contains hydrogenated silicon nitride containing hydrogen ions or hydrogenated silicon oxynitride containing hydrogen ions and has a thickness of 30 to 500 nm.

摘要: Pixel electrodes have end portions inclined at inclination angles α, where 30°≦α≦85°, relative to a substrate surface of a substrate. An organic layer disposed on the pixel electrodes is formed by vapor deposition using deposition beams that enter the substrate surface at incident angles θ smaller than 90°−αmax, where αmax is the maximum inclination angle among the inclination angles of the end portions of the pixel electrodes, under a deposition substrate temperature condition lower than the glass transition temperature of the organic layer.

摘要: A radiographic phase-contrast imaging apparatus obtains a phase-contrast image using two gratings including the first grating and the second grating. The first and second gratings are adapted to form a moire pattern when a periodic pattern image formed by the first grating is superimposed on the second grating. Based on the moire pattern detected by the radiographic image detector, image signals of the fringe images, which correspond to pixel groups located at different positions with respect to a predetermined direction, are obtained by obtaining image signals of pixels of each pixel group, which includes pixels arranged at predetermined intervals in the predetermined direction, as the image signal of each fringe image, where the predetermined direction is a direction parallel to or intersecting a period direction of the moire pattern other than a direction orthogonal to the period direction. Then, a phase-contrast image is generated based on the obtained fringe images.
