Abstract: Provided are a laminated piezoelectric element and an electroacoustic transducer capable of obtaining high piezoelectric characteristics and easily ensuring an electric contact to an electrode layer. A plurality of layers of piezoelectric films, each of which is formed by laminating a first protective layer, a first electrode layer, a piezoelectric layer, a second electrode layer, and a second protective layer in this order, are laminated. Each of the piezoelectric layers is polarized in a thickness direction. In each of the piezoelectric films, the first electrode is disposed on an upstream side in a polarization direction of the piezoelectric layer, and the second electrode is disposed on a downstream side. Each of the plurality of piezoelectric films has a cemented portion which is cemented to an adjacent piezoelectric film and a protruding portion which is not cemented to the adjacent piezoelectric film and in which at least the first electrode layer and the first protective layer or the second electrode layer and the second protective layer protrude from the cemented portion toward the outside in a plane direction. At the protruding portion of each of the piezoelectric films, at least one of a first contact, to which the first electrode layers of the piezoelectric films are electrically connected to each other, or a second contact, to which the second electrode layers of the piezoelectric films are electrically connected to each other, is formed.

Abstract: Provided is a piezoelectric element capable of preventing the occurrence of poor connection to an electrode layer.
A piezoelectric element includes a piezoelectric layer, electrode layers formed on both sides of the piezoelectric layer, and a protective layer laminated on a surface of the electrode layer opposite to a surface on a piezoelectric layer side, in which the piezoelectric element includes a conductive foil laminated on a surface of the protective layer opposite to the electrode layer, the protective layer has a hole that penetrates from a surface to the electrode layer, the conductive foil includes an opening portion at a position that overlaps with the hole of the protective layer in a surface direction, the piezoelectric element includes a filling member consisting of a conductive material, which is formed on at least a part of a surface of the conductive foil from insides of the hole of the protective layer and an opening portion of the conductive foil and is electrically connected to the electrode layer and the conductive foil, and a covering member that covers the filling member and the conductive foil, the covering member has a through-hole at a position that does not overlap with the filling member in the surface direction, and the piezoelectric element includes a conductive member, which is inserted into the through-hole of the covering member and electrically connected to the conductive foil.-

Abstract: A head cleaning device includes: a wiper member formed in an elongate shape and having a wiper anchoring portion anchored so as not to move in a tape width direction; and a support member that includes a wiper entrainment portion about which the wiper member is entrained so as to double back, that causes the wiper entrainment portion to move in the tape width direction so that a surface of the wiper member at an opposite side of the wiper entrainment portion from the wiper anchoring portion wipes a head that performs at least one of writing information to, or reading information from, a recording tape.
