An unevenness analyzer obtains travel data of a vehicle. The unevenness analyzer identifies travel data for a predetermined period from a stopped state of the vehicle based on a travel status of the vehicle indicated by the obtained travel data of the vehicle. The unevenness analyzer, even when the travel data of the vehicle indicates movement at a same speed, performs with respect to travel data that belongs to the obtained travel data, comparison with travel data that does not belong to the identified travel data, and execution of road surface unevenness detection by a lowered sensitivity.

A non-transitory, computer-readable recording medium stores therein an unevenness analysis program that causes a computer to perform based on an analysis parameter, analysis of motion data of a mobile object and analysis of unevenness of a road surface traveled by the mobile object. The unevenness analysis program causes the computer to execute a process including identifying based on a motion status of the mobile object indicated by the motion data, which includes at least longitudinal acceleration of the mobile object, first motion data that indicates one of an accelerating state and a decelerating state of the mobile object; and executing with respect to the identified first motion data indicating one of an accelerating state and a decelerating state, a comparison with second motion data not indicating one of an accelerating state and a decelerating state, and detection of unevenness of the road surface by a reduced sensitivity.

In estimating the degraded position of a road surface with high accuracy, a server apparatus 210 comprising a part configured to change, when detecting a road surface degradation with respect to a certain road position based on accumulation of measurement information evaluation values at a plurality of times of a travel of a vehicle on the certain road position, detection sensitivity for the road surface degradation according to an MCI value with respect to the certain road surface position, the measurement information evaluation values being measured with an acceleration sensor installed in the vehicle and being according to road surface positions on which the vehicle has traveled.

In a method of measuring a road state, the method includes extracting, based on measurement values of an acceleration sensor obtained when a vehicle having the acceleration sensor installed therein travels a predetermined road section, a measurement target section in which an MCI value is to be measured, the measurement target section being a part of the predetermined road section and including a road surface that meets a predetermined degradation criteria; and limiting, to the measurement target section that is the part of the predetermined road section, a measurement target in which the MCI value is to be measured using a road surface condition measurement vehicle having laser scanning and camera image capturing functions.

A road surface survey device specifies a position at which abnormality is detected at one of a position at which abnormality on pavement of a road surface is detected from an image of a road captured by a camera and a position at which abnormality on pavement of a road surface is detected from a change in an acceleration measured when a car runs on the road surface by a G sensor. Further, the road surface survey device derives conditions that abnormality which is not detected at the specified position can be detected, and outputs an instruction of a resurvey for the specified position under the derived conditions.

The road surface inspection process includes acquiring, calculating, and determining. The acquiring includes acquiring a deterioration candidate position at which a deterioration candidate of a road surface is detected by a process of detecting an abnormality on the road surface of a road. The calculating includes calculating a frequency at which an acceleration outside an allowable range is measured at the deterioration candidate position by referring to an acceleration at a measurement position corresponding to the deterioration candidate position among the accelerations stored in a driving data storage. The determining includes determining, when the calculated frequency is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value, that the deterioration candidate position at which the frequency is calculated is a position at which the road surface is deteriorated.
