摘要: A biological model creation apparatus sets a plurality of control points respectively corresponding to a plurality of target points set on a plurality of valve annuli of a specified heart, on a plurality of valve annuli in a mesh model of a heart. Then, the biological model creation apparatus determines the positions of the control points in the mesh model on the basis of a first and second evaluation value regarding the positions of the plurality of control points. The first evaluation value indicates a degree of matching to relative positions among target points belonging to the same valve annulus. The second evaluation value indicates a degree of matching to relative positions among target points belonging to different valve annuli. Then, the biological model creation apparatus deforms the mesh model such that the positions of the plurality of control points coincide with the positions of their corresponding target points.

摘要: A disclosed method includes: performing a processing for adjusting positions of voxel data for an object and data of a geometric model for the object; calculating, for each voxel included in a range defined by a cross section among plural voxels that are included in the voxel data, a voxel value of the voxel from physical values in elements of the geometric model, which are included in a predetermined range of the voxel, based on a relation between the cross section and vectors; and rendering an image by using the voxel value calculated for each voxel. A vector of the vectors is set for one element of plural elements included in the geometric model, the vectors represent a direction of an inner structure of the object, and the cross section is set for the voxel data and the geometric model data.

摘要: An information processing method includes: converting voxel data to node data in which a voxel, which has a brightness value that is outside a certain brightness value range, is set as a first node, and a voxel, which has a brightness value that is within the certain brightness value range, is set as a second node that has a capability to extract relating nodes based on a neighborhood relationship between voxels; performing, for each second node, a calculation processing to calculate an output. value of a reaction-diffusion equation by using a value corresponding to a brightness value of the second node and values corresponding to brightness values of relating nodes extracted from the second node, a predetermined number of times; and determining a brightness value of each second node from the output value of the reaction-diffusion equation after performing the calculation processing the predetermined number of times.

摘要: A streakline visualization apparatus sets a partial region including a discrete point at a first position on a first streakline in an analysis space as an analysis target region of the discrete point. Based on a velocity of fluid in the analysis target region indicated by fluid information, the apparatus calculates a second position indicating a destination of a particle on the discrete point at a second analysis time point. Next, based on information about a structure in the analysis target region indicated by structure information, the apparatus determines a region occupied by the structure in the analysis target region at the second analysis time point. Next, based on the first and second positions, the apparatus determines whether a second streakline has entered the occupied region. If the second streakline has not entered the occupied region, the apparatus displays the second streakline passing through the second position.
