    Abstract: An exhaust heat recovery device comprises an exhaust pipe, a shell member, a heat exchange portion, a guide portion, and a valve. An exhaust gas downstream end that is a downstream end along the flow path for exhaust gases in the exhaust pipe is disposed in the downstream side of a downstream-side end portion of the heat exchanger along the flow path for exhaust gases in the exhaust pipe. The guide portion comprises a partition wall portion that is a portion from the exhaust gas downstream end in the exhaust pipe to the downstream-side end portion of the heat exchanger in the exhaust pipe, and a guide member disposed so as to at least partially cover a radially outside of the partition wall portion in a manner so as to have an interspace between the partition wall portion and the guide member.

    Abstract: A valve device opens/closes an opening that is located at an end portion of a flow path and whose shape is a point symmetrical or substantially point symmetrical planar figure. The valve device includes a lid portion closing the opening and an arm portion rotating the lid portion about an axis to open/close the opening. A straight line passing through the center of the opening and orthogonal to the opening is taken as a center line. The axis is a straight line intersecting the flow path without intersecting the center line. When closing the opening, the arm portion rotates the lid portion toward the center line, and when opening the opening, the arm portion rotates the lid portion to the opposite side of the center line.

    Abstract: An exhaust gas heat recovery device of the present invention recovers heat of an exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine. The exhaust gas heat recovery device includes an exhaust pipe that leads the exhaust gas from an upstream side to a downstream side, a cylindrical shell that covers an outside of the exhaust pipe, and an exhaust gas heat recovery section that is interposed between the exhaust pipe and the cylindrical shell and that performs heat exchange between the exhaust gas and a heat exchange medium. The exhaust gas heat recovery section includes a stacked body that is composed by stacking a plurality of jacket each having a heat exchange medium conduit provided thereinside. In the stacked body, the respective heat exchange medium conduits in the plurality of jacket parts are serially connected to each other.

    Abstract: One aspect of the present disclosure provides an exhaust unit including a housing, a wall member, a catalyst, and a muffler chamber. The housing includes a feed inlet and a discharge outlet. The housing is configured such that an exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine is introduced from the feed inlet, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the discharge outlet. The wall member is disposed in the housing, and forms a cylindrical flow path that guides a flow of the exhaust gas introduced from the feed inlet to curve along an outer circumference of an interior of the housing. The catalyst is disposed in the flow path. The muffler chamber communicates with the flow path in a downstream side of the catalyst in the flow path. The wall member serves as a part of a wall that defines an inside and an outside of the muffler chamber.

    Abstract: An integrated exhaust heat recovery device positioned in an exhaust gas channel includes: a positioning section that comprises a tubular section extending in a downward-flow direction of exhaust gas, and has an exhaust gas purification device positioned therein; a heat exchange section positioned on a downstream side of the positioning section and having a heat exchanger; and an exhaust gas control unit for introducing exhaust gas, which flows from the positioning section, to the heat exchange section.
