摘要: In a process for preparing block copolymers of styrene or its equivalents on the one hand and of butadiene or its equivalents on the other hand by sequential anionic polymerization, in which a first monomer and the organometallic compound serving as initiator are first of all combined to form a reaction mixture and the reaction is continued until at least part of the first monomer has been consumed, and then at least one further monomer is added and is in each case partially or completely reacted, the polymerization is carried out continuously in a conventional manner in a tubular reactor, the reaction of in each case one monomer being carried out in each case in one reactor section and at least two reactor sections being separated by a mixing stretch.

摘要: A process is described for preparing styrene polymers by continuous anionic polymerization, the monomer or monomers and the organometallic compound serving as starter (initiator) being added in solution to a tubular reactor operating essentially without backmixing and being left in the reactor until the monomer has been consumed, wherein the polymerization is carried out in at least two successive tubular reactor sections operating in each case essentially adiabatically, with in each case at least one heat exchanger arranged between the sections. If desired a proportion of the starter and/or of the monomer is added to at least one reactor connected downstream of the first reactor.

摘要: In a process for preparing polystyrene by continuous anionic polymerization of styrene monomer by means of a catalyst based on a metal alkyl preferably in the presence of a solvent at a temperature in the range from 30 to 70.degree. C., the styrene monomer is fed to an essentially isothermally operated circulation reactor configured as a closed tube loop which has, for example, a specific cooling area of at least 50 m.sup.2 per m.sup.3 of reactor volume, with the circulation velocity of the reaction mixture and the residence time being set such that the monomer conversion reaches at least 50% and the polymerization is completed in an essentially backmixing-free tube reactor.

摘要: Multilayered filter material is provided with at least two layers having different filter properties (coarse filter layer and fine filter layer), for which the separation ratio of the coarse filter layer is selected depending on the number of layers of the filter material as well as the total separation ratio of the complete filter material. The separation ratio of the first layer is proportioned such that at least 20% of the total particles are filtered out by it. The first layer has a porosity of at least 95%. For the remaining filtration of the fine particles, at least one fine filter layer is present, which has a porosity of somewhat greater than 85%.
