摘要: A reinforcement rib is provided at the reverse side of the elongated side molding in longitudinal direction and a portion of the reinforcement rib is elevated to form a welding rib. In the clip as an attachment member, a rib hole is provided for inserting the welding rib therein and the open side of the rib hole from which the welding rib is projecting is formed with a larger bore. The side molding body is integrally formed with the attachment member by housing a dislocation preventing portion formed by heat riveting a tip end of the welding rib inserted into the rib hole of the attachment member. Thus integrated side molding with the attachment member is attached to the outer panel of the vehicle by the leg portion provided at the attachment member.

摘要: A rotary printing press has one or two inking rollers each in rolling engagement with both an ink supply cylinder and a plate cylinder. Each inking roller is identically supported by a first pair of roller support members mounted one adjacent each end of the ink supply cylinder for pivotal motion about the axis of that cylinder, and a second pair of roller support members mounted to the first pair for pivotal motion about an axis parallel to the axis of the ink supply cylinder, the second pair of roller support members rotatably supporting one inking roller therebetween. Adjusting screws act between the two pairs of roller support members for adjustably varying the nip width between the ink supply cylinder and each inking roller. The axis of each inking roller, and the axis of the pivotal motion of the second pair of roller support members relative to the first, are both so positioned that the width of the nip between the ink supply cylinder and each inking roller is adjustably variable without substantially varying the nip width between the inking roller and the plate cylinder.

摘要: There is disclosed a simple and compact additional printing apparatus for a rotary press and a printing unit. The additional printing apparatus includes an ink jet printing device comprising an ink jetting nozzle section and unnecessary ink droplet deflection unit. The ink jetting nozzle section includes a plurality of orifices arranged in a row and ink droplet formation unit. The unnecessary ink droplet deflection unit corresponds to each of the orifices. The ink jet printing device is disposed at a predetermined position in proximity to a paper web pass at which position an additional image can be printed on paper web in alignment with an image printed by the printing cylinder. The apparatus further includes signal output units for outputting a first signal related to the rotational phase of the printing cylinder or the position of a printed image printed through rotation of the printing cylinder, a second signal related to the running speed of paper web, and a third signal related to the amount of travel of the paper web, and control unit for controlling the unnecessary ink droplet deflection unit of the ink jet printing device. The control unit processes image data from a data source and the first through third signals so as to print an image as profiled by the image data at a position specified by the image data in alignment with an image printed by the printing cylinder.

摘要: A holding part of a cowl inner panel is disposed below a hood seal part of a cowl louver main body away therefrom by a predetermined distance, and the hood seal part is deformed by the impact force of a predetermined size or larger from the hood panel so as to reduce the deformation load on the hood panel. In the case impact force of a predetermined size or larger is applied on the hood panel, the impact force is transmitted to the hood seal part so that the hood seal part is deformed. Accordingly, the hood panel can be deformed drastically so that the impact to be applied from the hood panel onto the opposite party of the collision can be alleviated. Further, both end parts of a seal main body made from an elastic soft material, having a substantially U-shaped cross-section is fixed with a cowl louver and a flat plate part, respectively as well as the cowl louver and the flat plate part are fixed on the car body directly or indirectly. Since spread of the opening of the seal main body is limited, the restoration force can be realized by both effect of the shape and material in the case the seal main body is contacted with a hood with pressure. Therefore, even in the case heat deterioration is generated, a high sealing property can be maintained owing to the restoration force by the effect of the shape.

摘要: A nozzle for ink-jet printing includes a manifold, a vibration element, and an orifice member. The manifold has an outside surface extending in the longitudinal direction of the manifold as well as a hollow space. The hollow space has an opening opened in the outside surface such that the opening extends along the longitudinal direction while maintaining a substantially constant width. The vibrating element is attached to at least one outside surface other than the outside surface in which the hollow space is opened. The orifice member is brought into contact and attached to the outside surface in which the hollow space is opened. The orifice member is composed of a metallic member provided in contact with the manifold, and a synthetic resin member bonded to the metallic member through use of adhesive. The metallic member has at least one through-opening at a position facing the opening of the hollow space of the manifold such that the through-opening communicates with the opening of the hollow space. The synthetic resin member has a plurality of through-holes having substantially the same diameter formed to face the through-opening. The through-holes are aligned at a substantially constant pitch along the through-opening of the metallic member such that they do not deviate from an area corresponding to the through-opening.

摘要: The present invention provides an angle-bar device for use in a rotary press, which aims at removing ink and paper debris, etc deposited on the whole peripheral surfaces of the angle-bars by rotating the angle-bars continuously so as to increase the tension on the paper web which is running around and between the angle-bars. This angle-bar device comprises: at least two pieces of angle-bars (1a; 1b) disposed rotatively on the upstream and downstream sides, respectively, of the direction of running of a paper web; driving means (2a ; 2b) each for rotatively driving each of the angle-bars; a start controlling means (3) connected operatively with the driving means and adapted to control the starting of the driving means. The device further comprises an operation controlling means (4) for detecting the operating condition of the rotary printing press, which is connected with the start controlling means (3) so that it can send out output signal to the start controlling means. Each of the driving means (2a ; 2b) drives each of the upstream and downstream angle-bars at a preset rotational speed and in a preset direction of rotation.
