    摘要： A sheet punching and embossing machine includes a device for stripping waste from a punched and embossed sheet at a stripping station, the device having a stripping plate for supporting the sheet. Also included are gripper carriages fixed to revolving chains, for gripping the sheet at a leading edge thereof and for then pulling the sheet intermittently through the stripping station and further stations in the machine. The stripping plate has, in an inlet region for the sheet and before stripping openings, at least one suction opening to which vacuum is applicable from below.

    摘要： The invention relates to a preheating device for locally controllable preheating of a material web (12) comprising at least one smooth web and/or at least one corrugated web and moving in feed direction (A), before any adhesive is applied to the material web (12) and before the web (12) is glued to at least one other material web to form a corrugated cardboard web. The device comprises a preheating element (14) adapted to be fed with heat transfer fluid and which is in contact with the material web (12) at a contact surface (17) extending across the entire width (b) of the material web (12). The preheating element (14) comprises a plurality of adjacent preheating sections (50, 50′, 50″, 50′″) arrayed across the width of the material web (12) and each extending the length of the contact surface (17), each of which sections can be separately fed with heat transfer fluid, preferably steam.

    摘要： A conduit connector is provided so that a heat medium source, a drain and/or a vacuum pressure source are in fluid communication with a cassette containing rotatable cylinders for producing corrugated paperboard. The cassette is insertable in a frame. At least one plug and associated socket are mounted in a first plate and a second plate, respectively. Each plug is secured to an end of a conduit, and the conduit has another end in communication with the cassette. Each socket is in communication with the source. The first plate is fixed relative to the cassette, and the second plate is fixed relative to the source. The plug and the socket are configured to engage each other upon an insertion of the cassette into the frame so that the conduit is in fluid communication with the source.

    摘要： A sheet punching and embossing machine has a gripper carriage and a positioning device for the gripper carriage. The gripper carriage has grippers for clamping sheets, being fixed with limited springing to a transport chain and, by the transport chain, being movable intermittently between the processing stations. The machine further has at least one stop face on its leading side in the running direction. The positioning device contains at least one stop that can be pivoted into the movement path of the gripper carriage and is fixed to a driven pivoting shaft. A pivoting drive of the stop used being at least one electrically operated, controllable servomotor, which is connected directly to the pivoting shaft.
