摘要： A flexible pouch and a method for making a flexible pouch is provided. The pouch includes a pouch body defined by a peripheral edge. A dividing seal is disposed between opposite ends of the flexible pouch so as to define two pouch spaces. The pouch includes two fitments are mounted to a respective pouch space. One of the fitments is configured to support the pouch body in an upright manner. A method for making said flexible includes forming a flexible pouch having an open top. A dividing seal extends from the open top to the bottom of the pouch so as to define two pouch openings and two pouch spaces. Substances are introduced into the pouch spaces by a first nozzle and a second nozzle inserted into a respective first space and second space and filling the pouch body through the first and second nozzle.

摘要： An automatic inspection device for a corrugated paperboard machine includes comprises a position setting section for setting movable members to positions within moving ranges; a control section for driving each of the drive motors at a given rotational speed so as to allow a respective one of the movable members to be moved within a corresponding one of the moving ranges; a current detection section for detecting a drive current being supplied to each of the drive motors when the drive motor is driven at the given rotational speed; and a current determination section for determining whether the drive current of each of the drive motors exceeds a given threshold. The automatic inspection device is configured to, when the current determination section determines that the drive current of a specific one of the plurality of drive motors exceeds the given threshold, detecting that a defect occurs in the movable member.

The sensor device further has a second sensor unit comprising a second emitter for emitting second sensor beams and a second receiver, wherein the second sensor beams run parallel to the material surface and travel along a second signal path S2 in-between. The first and second sensor units are oriented in such a way that the distance between the first and second sensor beams relative to the feed direction changes along their signal paths S1, S2.

摘要： A method and apparatus for forming patterns on sheet material are disclosed. The method comprises a continuous lateral stretch process for producing zero- or near zero-curvature structures. In a preferred embodiment, the method comprises pre-gathering the sheet material in the lateral direction to form longitudinal corrugated folds and then feeding the corrugated material through one or more sets of oscillating formers, preferably articulating discs, to impart folding in the lateral direction. Optionally, the sheet material may be fed through one or more sets of patterned rollers.
