摘要: The present invention discloses a maintenance schedule optimization method for an electric power system including large-scale wind power to build objective function to make it get optimal results, then constrain the objective function, constraint conditions include: constrain according to maintenance natural environment; constrain according to maintenance time of wind power plant; constrain according to maintenance site of wind power plant; constrain according to system reliability at wind power plant; constrain according to maintenance continuity of generator unit. Under the above constraint conditions, the electric power system is modeled with heuristic algorithm according to the above objective function. Through modeling the electric power system including large-scale wind power, optimize maintenance time of wind turbines in electric power system through modeling under a certain constraint conditions to maintain the wind power equipment properly while ensuring maximum efficiency of wind power generation at the same time.

摘要: The present invention has disclosed an optimal control method for reactive voltage of wind power and photovoltaic power centralized grid connection in the field of wind power and photovoltaic power grid connection control technology, comprising: setting actuating stations used to control single wind power plant/photovoltaic power plant, setting substations used to control actuating stations and set master station used to control all the substations; master station calculates setting voltage reference Uref of each substation; adopting 3σ method to process set voltage reference Uref to obtain set voltage reference interval; regulating high-side voltage of substation to make it fall in set voltage reference interval; if high-side voltage of substation does not fall in set voltage reference interval, then regulating the equipment in wind power plant/photovoltaic power plant via actuating station. The present invention guides the actual operations of electric power system.

摘要: A method for improving system small disturbance stability after double-fed unit gets access to the system belongs to the field of electric power system operation and control technology. A sensitivity analysis is adopted to optimize parameter, through making sensitivity analysis on the non-ideal dominant mode happens to the system to find out several nonzero elements that are most sensitive to this mode in system matrix; elements of state matrix is adopted to replace the elements of system matrix to make analysis so as to find out the most relevant parameter set; setting parameters change in the interval to observe track for the change of eigenvalues of corresponding mode and then balancing and optimizing system parameters comprehensively according to the change of eigenvalues. Without adding other control means, the present invention can improve dominant modal damping caused by selecting improper controller parameters or system parameters after double-fed unit gets access to the system without increasing cost; as this method is also highly targeted, exhaustive efforts for all the adjustable parameters of the system can be avoided, which not only greatly decreases workload, but also improves computational efficiency, so that it is very instructive.

摘要: The present invention has disclosed a wind power bundling control method after wind power and thermal power are connected to a power grid in the field of electric power system security technology, including regulating wind power output and thermal power output forward or backward; calculating the transient stability margin of the grid, load level index of element and voltage out-of-limit index of busbar after regulating wind power output and thermal power output respectively; calculating wind power/thermal power paying value according to the transient stability margin of the grid, load level index of element and voltage out-of-limit index of busbar after regulating wind power output and thermal power output; if wind power/thermal power paying value is larger than set threshold value, regulating wind power output and thermal power output backward/forward; if wind power/thermal power paying value is smaller than set threshold value, regulating wind power output and thermal power output forward/backward. The present invention provides a wind power bundling control method after wind power and thermal power are connected to the power grid to ensure reasonable output of wind power and thermal power, so as to guarantee the power grid operates normally.

摘要: The present invention discloses a testing method for dynamic model parameters of a wind power plant, wherein under testing conditions including stable running of wind turbine generators and reactive-load compensation equipment, stable wind speed between a cut-in wind speed and a rated wind speed, and the wind power plant output smaller than a rated output, finishes a wind speed transient disturbance test, a wind power plant unit tripping and inputting disturbance test, a wind power plant power change test, a disturbance test for reactive-load compensation equipment of the wind power plant, a tripping disturbance test for hydroelectric power plant and thermal power plant near the wind power plant and a manual single-phase ground short circuit test at the outgoing line part of the wind power plant, and records running curves of the wind power plant under each condition to finish the parameter test. The present invention realizes the advantage of providing precise measurement data for the stability analysis of an electric power system and the production dispatching of a power grid.
