    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclose involve a system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program, and a method for finding experts based on case resolution logs. In example embodiments, the method may include extracting a plurality of topics from case resolution logs and using the extracted topics to model the relationship between experts and received user queries in order to identify experts with the most relevant expertise with respect to the user queries. The method may further include presenting an expert selection interface that includes a list of the identified experts and information about the experts to assist users in the expert selection decision.

    Abstract: A system and method include a mobile workspace coupled to a communications network. The method includes providing a mobile workspace on a server, wherein the server is coupled to a communications network; providing a user interface including: two or more selectable media tools for communicating on the workspace, and one or more contacts, wherein the one or more contacts are selectable to participate in a synchronized communication session with a user on the mobile workspace. One or more contacts are selected to participate in the communication session with the user on the workspace.
