Abstract: According to some embodiments, a system may include an additive manufacturing platform that provides additive manufacturing capability data. A customer platform, associated with a customer, may transmit an industrial asset item request for an industrial asset item. A digital transaction engine may receive the additive manufacturing capability data and the industrial asset item request. The digital transaction engine may then associate the industrial asset item request with an industrial asset definition file, and, based on the additive manufacturing capability data and the industrial asset definition file, assign the industrial asset item request to the additive manufacturing platform. The assignment of the industrial asset item request may be recorded via a secure, distributed transaction ledger. Responsive to the assignment, the additive manufacturing platform may create the industrial asset item (e.g., via an additive manufacturing printer) and provide the item to the customer.

Abstract: Some embodiments provide a system to facilitate transaction processing associated with an industrial asset supply chain having a first entity and a second entity. A first entity computer processor may retrieve, from a first entity database, information associated with pre-delivery data about the industrial asset. The first entity computer processor may then record pre-delivery data about the industrial asset via a secure, distributed transaction ledger. A second entity computer processor may retrieve, from a second entity database, information associated with a post-delivery event involving the industrial asset. The second entity computer processor may then record post-delivery event data about the industrial asset via a secure, distributed transaction ledger. The post-delivery event data might indicate, for example, that the industrial asset has been delivered, has been installed, is working properly, has been used, etc.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, a system may facilitate collaborative transaction processing associated with a supply chain having a first entity and a second entity. In particular, a first entity database may store electronic records including information associated with at least a portion of the supply chain, and a first entity communication port may exchange information via a distributed computer system. A first entity computer processor may retrieve from the first entity database the information associated with the at least a portion of the supply chain. A subset of information about the supply chain may be identified by the first entity computer processor as being of interest to the second entity. The identified subset of information about the supply chain may then be recorded via a secure, distributed transaction ledger.

Abstract: A verification platform may include a data connection to receive a stream of industrial asset data, including a subset of the industrial asset data, from industrial asset sensors. The verification platform may store the subset of industrial asset data into a data store, the subset of industrial asset data being marked as invalid, and record a hash value associated with a compressed representation of the subset of industrial asset data combined with metadata in a secure, distributed ledger (e.g., associated with blockchain technology). The verification platform may then receive a transaction identifier from the secure, distributed ledger and mark the subset of industrial asset data in the data store as being valid after using the transaction identifier to verify that the recorded hash value matches a hash value of an independently created version of the compressed representation of the subset of industrial asset data combined with metadata.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, systems and methods are provided comprising receiving, via a communication interface of an authorization module comprising a processor, a part file with instructions to manufacture one or more parts with an additive manufacturing machine; generating a shape signature for the part based on the part file; providing a data store storing one or more stored shape signatures, wherein the one or more stored shape signatures are one of an authorized-to-print stored shape signature and an unauthorized-to-print stored shape signature; determining the generated shape signature of the part corresponds to at least one of the authorized-to-print stored shape signatures or at least one of the unauthorized-to-print stored shape signatures; and receiving the determination of whether the generated shape signature of the part corresponds to at least one authorized-to-print stored shape signature or at least one unauthorized-to-print stored shape signature. Abstract: According to some embodiments, a computer processor may receive an item definition file containing a volumetric description of the three-dimensional item and create a compressed item definition file including a compressed volumetric description of the three-dimensional item. For example, the item definition file may include a plurality of item slices, from a bottom item slice to a top item slice, each item slice describing a two-dimensional portion of the three-dimensional item. For at least some of the item slices, the computer processor may encode data in the item definition file describing a particular item slice in terms of differences between that particular item slice and another item slice (e.g., a neighboring item slice directly below that particular item slice or an anchor item slice below that particular item slice).
