    摘要: The Aerator Alarm Unit (“AAU”) is a device which simultaneously aerates the aerobic tank of a sewage treatment device, while monitoring the performance of both the sewage treatment device and the aerator. The AAU is an improvement over standard aeration devices, comprising an aerator, sensor elements, and alarm elements. The aerator provides pressurized air to the sewage treatment device, facilitating the growth of aerobic microorganisms which break down sewage. The sensor elements monitor the air pressure between the aerator and the sewage treatment device, and activate the alarm elements whenever the air pressure rises above or drops below the normal range. In this way, the AAU warns the user if the sewage treatment device is malfunctioning, and also protects the aerator from being damaged. The AAU allows for easier access for installation, maintenance, and testing, and its compact, external location improves durability and reliability.

    摘要: Crusher has a housing with a cylindrical crushing chamber defined by a tubular wall. Opposed side plates are secured to respective ends of the wall. A drive shaft rotates impact tools within the chamber. An intake aperture and a discharge aperture are in communication with the chamber. An inlet door, having an inner face with a curvature of similar radius to the cylindrical chamber, may be pivoted over the intake aperture such that the inner face is flush with the inner surface of the chamber, whereby impact tools strike and remove material adhering to the inner face. An arcuately shaped screen, having a curvature of similar radius to the cylindrical chamber, may be pivoted over the discharge aperture such that the screen is flush with the inner surface of the chamber. The screen may be pivoted away from the discharge aperture for the service thereof.

    摘要: Disclosed is a low pressure xenon lamp (12) and the driver circuitry therefor for producing relatively short bursts of intense light from the lamp (12). The lamp (12) is installed in a fixture together with a power supply (20) and a control system (50) is provided for controlling when the lamp (12) is turned on and off. Preferably, the control system (50) includes manually operated switches (53, 57, 54) and preferably one or more controllers (50) can be coupled together in a series fashion, should it be desired to control the lamp (12) for a greater number of time cycles then permitted by a single controller (50).
