    摘要: An auto-loading firearm having a system for switches between live fire and training modes via a selector switch mounted either on the firearm frame or on a specially designed training attachment. A multi-part transfer bar, between the trigger and sear, can be selectively connected in a live fire mode and spaced apart in a training mode. A selectively engageable trigger resetting mechanism automatically returns the trigger to its set position after firing the firearm is in training mode.

    摘要: A performance profile system is provided. The performance profile system may embody a method for creating a performance profile by surveying relevant performance references. The performance profile system may include receiving at least one performance category of the job-seeker, wherein each performance category is associated with at least one performance competency question. The performance profile system may prompt the job-seeker to identify at least one reference associated with the performance categories selected, wherein the job-seeker provides referential information associated with each reference. The performance profile system may then generate a referral questionnaire comprising the at least one performance competency question for each selected performance category and then transmit the referral questionnaire to the at least one reference using at least in part the referential information. After receiving a response from at least one reference part to the referral questionnaire, the performance profile system may create an accessible report incorporating at least the performance competency questions, the responses and other details of the job-seeker.

    摘要: Apparatus/method estimate LOS rotation, to track, approach, pursue, intercept or avoid objects. Vehicle-fixed imagers approach/recede-from objects, recording image series with background. Computations, from images exclusively, estimate rotation vs. the vehicle, applying the estimate. Preferably, recording/estimating provide proportional navigation; scan mirrors extend strapdown-sensor FOR; applying includes measuring “range rate over range”, exclusively from interimage optical flow, using results to optimize proportional-navigation loop gain; estimating includes evaluating interframe optical flow, preregistering roughly as first approximation, selecting sequence anchor points, and applying a second, finer technique developing output registration that's a coordinate translation, aligning inertial surroundings. The approximation operates optical flow with efficient embedded registration/mapping, applying a homography matrix to nearby imagery. Alternatively, inexpensive low-quality inertial sensors establish preregistration, deriving a homography matrix. When contrast in the object direction is inadequate, dual sensors yield accurate virtual imaging with an object centroid superposed into background.
