摘要： The invention is directed to an arrangement for compensating for offset and angular errors of a laser coupled into a processing machine or measuring machine. The laser is mounted separately from the machine. The arrangement includes two adjustable mirrors by means of which the beam position at the coupling point is maintained constant. The corrective signal is generated by quadrant detectors cooperating with the adjustable mirrors arranged in the path of the laser beam. The detectors are arranged to receive rays of light diverted from the path of the laser beam. One of the detectors is preceded by a collimator causing the detector to respond only to angular errors.

摘要： The invention is directed to an arrangement for correcting the position of a laser beam guided by means of an articulated optical system. This system includes a position-sensitive detector at its output end for generating a signal which is passed to an adjustable mirror arranged on the input end. The adjustable mirror compensates for an excursion of the laser beam occurring as a result of faults in the guide means and bearings of the articulated arm. Prior to entering the articulated optical system, the laser beam or parallelly guided pilot beam is modulated with respect to the beam direction with a small amplitude by another adjustable mirror. The detector signal component corresponding to the modulation frequency is passed to an electronic circuit which determines the directional relationships between the excursion of the laser beam at the output of the articulated arm and the follow-up movement of the adjustable mirror for deflecting the beam. This determination is achieved independently of the amount of rotation of the rotational bearings.

This second laser (5) has a continuous-wave operation and emits radiation in the 800-870 mn wavelength range, preferably on an 840 nm wavelength. An optical system (14, 15) serves to widen the beams of the two lasers (1, 5) which follow the same beam path. This system (14, 15) allows continuous adjustment of the size of the field irradiated up to a maximum diameter of the order of 30 mm. For beam switching between the lasers (1, 5) and the beam outlet opening of the device, a mirror system (11, 18) is provided which comprises an outer mirror rotatable around two axes for positioning the irradiation field.

摘要： The invention is in a composition and process for the chromium free passivating postrinsing of conversion layers on metals before the application of a paint or adhesive. The conversion layers can be on the bases of phosphate layers, at least two polyvalent metal ions with complex formers, titanium, zirconium and/or hafnium. The postrinsing agent is an aqueous solution which has been adjusted to a pH value of up to 5 and which contains an aluminum fluorozirconate having an Al:Zr:F mole ratio of (0.15 to 8.0):1:(5 to 52), and in which solutions the total concentration of Al+Zr+F is 0.1 to 8.0 g/l. The postrinsing solutions may additionally contain at least one of the anions benzoate, caprylate, ethyl hexoate, salicylate in a total concentration of 0.05 to 0.5 g/1 and may preferably be adjusted to the required pH value with cations of volatile bases, such as ammonium, ethanolammonium and di- and triethanolammonium. The paint is subsequently applied suitably by cathodic electrocoating or powder coating or from a low-solvent high-solids paint.The rinsing treatment is over a period of 1 to 120 seconds at temperatures of 20.degree. to 80.degree. C. The invention is used as a pretreatment to the application of a paint coating, film coating or adhesive coating.
