摘要:
A cleaning kit for removing process impurities carried on the surface of a NO.sub.x reduction catalyst which is installed in the path of a flue gas flow exiting from a fossil fuel burning facility including: a reagent supply grill; a source of supply of liquid cleaning reagent; a reagent collection basin; and a recirculating structure. The reagent supply grid is adapted to be selectively positioned above a portion of a catalyst layer. The source of supply of liquid cleaning reagent adapted to be in communication with the supply grid, and the reagent collection basin being adapted to be selectively positioned below the portion of such catalyst layer to catch cleaning reagent therein after such reagent passes through such portion of the catalyst layer, the recirculating structure recirculates at least a portion of such reagent from the collecting basin for recirculating through such supply grid for further cleaning of such portion of the catalyst layer.
摘要:
The invention concerns a method of cleaning and/or regenerating wholly or partially de-activated catalysts for stack-gas nitrogen scrubbing, in which the catalysts are treated with a washing and/or regenerating liquid, characterized by the washing or regenerating liquid consisting wholly or in part of demineralized water.

A subassembly with a supporting element for a machine bed of a lathe, and of a machining unit which is arranged on the supporting element and has a machining axis, wherein a solid-body joint, via which the machining unit is arranged in a movable manner on the supporting element, is provided. A lathe for plastics spectacle lenses, having a machine bed, having a tool mount or workpiece mount which is arranged at least indirectly on the machine bed, and having a subassembly which is arranged at least indirectly on the machine bed, wherein the workpiece and the tool can be oriented in relation to one another via the solid-body joint.

A method for calibrating a miffing, cutting or grinding tool of a spectacle lens frame machining unit, for which a) in a first machining step, prior to shaping an edge or surface shape RF by the milling, cutting or grinding tool, the lens is measured by an optical measuring device, b) the shaping of an edge or surface shape RF is carried out by the milling, cutting or grinding tool, c) the generated edge or surface shape RF is measured by the optical measuring device, d) a deviation between the surface or edge shape RF so produced and the desired surface or edge shape target values is determined, and e) the tool is calibrated at least by adjusting the control variables. The invention further relates to a device for the initial working of edges, chamfers and/or grooves at the edges of lenses, wherein an optical measuring system for measuring surface or edge shapes RF and/or edges K of the lens prior to and/or after machining the lens is provided.

A machining method for an eyeglass lens blank in which a bock piece is connected, by way of a connecting material, to a first side of the eyeglass lens blank for holding and supporting the eyeglass lens blank in a processing machine, wherein to this end a cavity is made between the block piece and the first side, at least using a sealing or supporting means, wherein the sealing or supporting means has an inner diameter Dd, Ds and sits against the first side in a sealing manner, the connecting material is filled into the cavity or connecting material is provided in the cavity and then the connecting material is cured, the eyeglass lens blank is placed into a milling and/or turning or grinding machine by way of the block piece cast on by way of the connecting material, wherein the eyeglass lens blank is supported on the first side by the connecting material across a diameter Dv that corresponds to the diameter Dd, Ds and wherein the blank and the connecting material are worked off in one of the following machining processes. An eyeglass lens blank having a diameter Dr, said blank being fastened to a block piece through the cast-on connecting material, wherein the connecting material has an outer diameter Dv. The diameter Dv is at most 2 mm to 6 mm, in particular at most 4 mm and is less than diameter Dr.
