摘要: An arrangement and process of mitigating contaminants has a flow element intermediate a first space with contaminated matter (including contaminated gas) and a second space. Contaminated matter is drawn from the first space into the flow element and then urged into segregated contaminated gas and residual contaminated matter collected in the second space. Segregated contaminated gas is merged with gas from the second space to form mixed gas and treated to form primary treated gas which is directed to generate at least some of the drawing of contaminated matter from the first space into the flow element. Mixed gas can be treated by passing it through passages in the flow element coated with decontaminating agent and/or through a decontamination unit. The flow element allows for air flow to effectively act as a one-way barrier obstructing migration of contaminated matter from the second space back to the first space.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a ventilation apparatus including a housing including: an intake flow path provided to draw outdoor air into an indoor space and an discharge flow path provided to discharge indoor air to the outside, a cover covering the housing, a total heat exchanger configured to exchange heat between air flowing in the intake flow path and air flowing in the discharge flow path, and a dehumidification unit including a heat exchanger provided on the intake flow path configured to remove moisture in the air flowing in the intake flow path and a drain tray configured to collect condensate generated from the heat exchanger, wherein the housing includes a first housing including a first hole asymmetrically formed on one surface of the housing with respect to a center line of the one surface extending in a long axis direction and a short axis direction of the one surface and configured to allow the drain tray and the total heat exchanger to be withdrawn from the outside of the housing, and a second housing coupled to the first housing in an up-down direction and including a second hole disposed on an other surface of the housing and having a shape corresponding to the first hole in the up-down direction, wherein the cover includes a first cover forming a lower portion of the cover and a second cover coupled to the first cover in the up-down direction and forming an upper portion of the cover, and wherein one of the first housing and the second housing is covered by the first cover, and an other one of the first housing and the second housing is covered by the second cover.

摘要: Disclosed are nanostructures such as carboxysomes that encapsulate RubisCO and carbonic anhydrase to provide a protected environment to maximize CO2 assimilation. Conditions are disclosed were RubisCO can be sequestered into a variety of self-assembling nanotubes. The encapsulated protein was enzymatically active and was clearly associated with the nanotubes and removed from solution based on a number of criteria. These nanostructures were also found to enhance the stability of RubisCO toward proteases and other environmental factors. These structures can be used in scalable CO2 conversions and other processes.

摘要: An attachable and movable deodorizer for enclosed space has a body with a plurality of inlet holes and outlet holes. The body has a fan, a photocatalyst filter, and an ultraviolet (UV) control circuit board connected to an UV-A LED lamp. Whereby the body is able to be disposed or attached in an enclosed space such as trash bins and shoe cabinets and to suck in air in the enclosed space by the fan for the air to pass through the photocatalyst filter and then to be discharged from the outlet holes. With the photocatalyst filter illuminated by the UV-A LED lamp, the stench and dusts in the air is therefore filtered and deodorized in the photocatalysis process.
