摘要： A procedure and an apparatus for plumbing and installing the shaft equipment for an elevator uses a plumbing jig. The plumbing jig is mounted in the upper part of the elevator shaft from the top floor, plumb lines are attached to the plumbing jig from the top floor and, using the plumb lines attached to the plumbing jig, the shaft equipment is positioned, whereupon the shaft equipment is fixed in place. The apparatus includes supporting elements that can be fixed to the elevator shaft, a plumbing jig that can be attached to the supporting elements and mounted substantially from the top floor, and plumb lines that can be suspended from the plumbing jig and extend into the elevator shaft below the plumbing jig.

摘要： A method for modernizing an elevator includes arranging a first rope clamp and a second rope clamp such that the first rope clamp and the second rope clamp are supported by a same support element; removing the old hoisting roping; and installing a new hoisting roping by guiding the new hoisting roping to pass from the traction sheave to the elevator car or the counterweight via the aperture in the floor of the machine room, the new hoisting roping comprising a first part that is guided to pass to the elevator car or the counterweight to a first diverting pulley, and onwards from the first diverting pulley back upwards to the first rope clamp; and a second part that is guided to pass to the elevator car or the counterweight to a second diverting pulley, and onwards from the second diverting pulley back upwards to the second rope clamp.

摘要： Roping method and apparatus for replacing, installing and/or re-roping the hoisting rope of a traction sheave elevator, said elevator having an elevator car, which is at least partially suspended on a set of hoisting ropes, said set of ropes comprising one or more parallel ropes. The elevator car is moved by means of the ropes. In the method, a rope feed apparatus (1) acting on the hoisting rope is used to feed a new rope to the elevator and/or to pull out a possible old hoisting rope to make place for the new rope. The rope feed apparatus 1 (1) comprises at least a base (2) with at least one feed disc (30, 31) mounted on it, which feed disc (30, 31) engages the hoisting rope and to which feed disc (30, 31) the hoisting rope can be fitted, at least one guide roller (25) for keeping the hoisting rope in position on the feed disc (30, 31), a tightening element (19) for moving the feed disc (30, 31) relative to the guide roller (25) and tightening it in position on the base (2), and in addition at least one electric motor (27) fitted in the apparatus to rotate the feed disc (30, 31).

摘要： An elevator may include an elevator car, one or more hoisting ropes, a traction sheave, an overspeed governor, at least one safety gear, a locking mechanism, and guide rails. The car may be suspended by the one or more hoisting ropes. The traction sheave may move the car using the one or more hoisting ropes. The at least one safety gear and locking mechanism may be fitted in conjunction with the car. The overspeed governor may be configured to activate and release, via a linkage, the at least one safety gear during operation of the elevator. The locking mechanism may be configured to activate and release, by operatively acting on the linkage, the at least one safety gear during installation, maintenance, or installation and maintenance of the elevator. When activated, the at least one safety gear may engage one of the guide rails to lock the car in place.
